Within a month of moving to Forestry Court properties in NW Pdx, managed by Circum, I had a work package Stolen by a resident inside the building. At least that is what property management told me. They said I have no rights, and wont tell me which resident it is, or let me see the video. I also believe there is foul play here. The property manager wont send a notice to the building warning others. I feel disappointed that I moved in here. I would Not rent from Circum.

Current tenant. Their properties are clean, in great condition and are in cool old buildings with wood floors and bathubs and very reasonably priced. They don't milk you with pet rent and utilities. I hope they stay this way! All the managers I've interacted with have been great.

Nothing makes you appreciate a good rental experience like now being faced with a bad one. I moved out of a Circum Pacific Property this year (to a different part of the country) and, now that I am in a new rental with a new property management group, it is clear to me how stellar my experience with Circum was. My Circum unit was in A+ condition, the common areas were regularly cleaned, my property manager was kind, responsive (shout out to Ken C. in NW PDX) and he went out of his way to help with any issues. Honestly pretty surprised to be writing a positive review of a property management company, but I cannot recommend them enough. During the tour of my apartment (where my partner and I have lived for 6 months now) every question was answered by the property manager and every little concern I brought up about wear and tear (which there was very few, but still) was taken care of before I even moved in. Allyson who manages multiple properties for circum does not care about the residence. Upon moving in I was having issues with the digital link to sign the lease. I tried several times and it kept bumping me back to the first page which I kept signing over and over. I reached out to Allyson who told Her first of many lies, "By law you have to sign a digital lease, I can't give you a physical one." In my time she has threatened the entire building when she finds dog poop on the stairs or smells weed in the halls but claims security is not their responsibility.
