Response to feedback from Clark Group below. ------ Yes, I understand that you allow for direct payment from the bank, that's how we ended up making payments after you adjusted your fees for credit card usage. Though the fees might come from the payment processor, your group decided to work with them. Previously, you did not charge us such a high fee, it was much more manageable as a flat fee. I guess I just hoped you would have found a way to keep it that way, find a different provider, or absorb the cost with your customers to make it more manageable. Here's how much I love this company: I nearly bought a 2nd house in Oregon *just* to have them manage it. They follow the rules, price things right, have a full team who can do repairs, and their accounting is exceptional. Cannot rave about them more!

Very easy to partner with on our rental property. Responsive and communicative office staff who are good at solving any problems that may arise.

Clark Group has been wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had many questions before we decided to rent our house - all were answered. They don’t do fees for needed maintenance and have always been very quick to respond to emails. Their vetting process for renters eased our worries - and we had an excellent tenant. We have the highest recommendation for them if you have a property and wish to rent it worry-free.

Clark Group PM has been amazing to work with! My husband and I had previously been managing our rentals on our own and that was becoming a nightmare. I was referred to Liz at CGPM from a trusted client of mine and we instantly knew it was a good fit for us. Liz has been helping us for the past year and we are SO thankful for her help! She is super quick to respond, great with our tenants, and listens to how we want things taken care of. On top of that the owner portal makes it easy to track rents/work orders, etc. We are very thankful for Clark Group PM!

I've worked with Clark Group Property Management for nearly 2 years. I've also referred clients of mine to Alex & his team. They are experts in their field & do a great job of handling the logistics & legalities so I can focus my attention elsewhere. It's so nice to know that my investment property is being taken care of. I give the Clark Group 5 stars, took them very little time to rent out my town home in Tigard at a rental rate the was fair. They have great communication and are easy to work with. Wish i had more rentals.
