They will not call you back. They never know who is doing what. When asking to talk to the person who was here in town they said call you back. No one is ever in office. There are now a total of 5 vacant houses since they took over. So they up the rent instead of getting renters. They have an elderly delivery person who give notice and does not even know what then vague opinions on the paper refers to.

And the so-called HOA “Board of Directors” strike again! We’ve had nothing but grief from this insufferable group of people. This time around, we’ve moved out so in the process, we left all of our trash bins in the driveway for Hillsboro Garbage to collect. So, the ball was in their court, on their timeline. Yet, these HOA people have nothing else to do and wasted no time to send a letter and threaten us with a fine as soon they saw our trash bins. They seem to be obsessed with trash bins. The managed our Co-op trailer park. At first everything was fine but as time went on we started having problems. It finally came to our entire park was forced to go without water for 3 days for non payment. They are in my eyes thieves.

These Commonwealth people are some of the meanest, greediest people on the planet! They have no empathy or compassion. Our park is occupied by predominantly single women living on Social Security. Yet they have raised the rent sky high. One woman's husband died and because she was not quite 55, they kicked her out. Now she's in a women's shelter with her mobile home up for sale and no buyers. These parks were supposed to be low-income housing for seniors. The only reason why I did not give this ccompany 1 star is because the receptionist Madiana is very nice and helpful. The account manager for Carver Mobile Home Ranch (Sara Kelsay) is very dissapointing. Started off with a good communication after I met with Madiana and ended up doing a lot of work on my end to try to sort out a solution for an open space for my Park Model for her to say, sorry I rented to someone else. Very unprofessional company! They manage Parkside mobile home park on Coburg Rd in Eugene oregon. My family has owned a trailer in that park for 25+ years. Dealing with this company with my moms estate business has been a nightmare! Uggg. Best bet when dealing with this company, just hire an attorney! And I only rate 1/4 star!

I have been given a notice by a 3rd party. When I asked to speak with the person who noted my flowers as "clutter" they couldn't figure out who was the "inspector". Never return calls. HORRIBLE. They just like giving notices with zero backing. "Visibly pleasing" is an opinion. I hate the modern empty world and live in the country for a reason. ZERO stars--too bad no negative stars are available! Heads up for anyone thinking about living in a Commonwealth-managed 55+ park. Read reviews about the specific parks before buying or renting. Read the reviews about Commonwealth itself though even the one-star reviews of either parks or management don't fully reveal the problems in Commonwealth-managed parks. I visit and help friends in two of the parks in the greater Eugene municipal area. Sarah had my father in a conversation about my rent being consistently late! Free $50.00 fees with no work for her part. My father said he paid the late fees & the rent. He said she said she was helping me to work things out! Only correspondents I got from here about being late, was a 30 day eviction notice. No notification of rent or fees being paid!! I live in the dalles at the same park since 2016 and when commonwealth became property management things have gone down hill would not recommend renting from this company

Writing for a different resident. He is talking to his lawyer about the difficulties he is having with this company. He is getting in trouble for having a BBQ, a smoker and other things in front of his trailer but it wasn't in his contract that he couldn't have. Won't recommend renting from them ever.

I currently live in a 55 and older mobile park and have been a tenant for over 6 years. I'm interested in purchasing a mobile in the park and Commonwealth wants us to reapply. Their reason is because our income and our criminal status may have changed, well if that's the case why isn't everyone required to reapply every so often. This is a greedy, heartless company. It's to bad they are being allowed to do this to seniors.

This is the worst property management company ever. The senior regional manager, Jim Ryan, is never available to discuss anything. I am being billed for cable tv for August when in fact I had no cable for whole month. I deducted the amount from my September statement. they accepted the check and now in November I again deducted the amount and they are refusing my check and threatening to charge late fee.
