Horrible service my fridge went out over the weekend I tried calling the after hour line was told they would get on it asap nobody ever came I lost all of my groceries I was told they’d help me out with groceries and was completely ignored .. I’m the sole caregiver of my 72yo mom on a wheelchair this is unacceptable I’m now seeking a tenant lawyer to get this resolved
I left my unit on 04/25/26, was provided an invoice showing i was owed a refund deposit amount, on which they tried to over charge me for utilities previously paid. It has now passed the 31 days and there has been no response to my emails only vague gaslighting phone calls trying to justify the utilities charges and still no refund had been given or even an explanation of why I haven't received any amount of the refund at all past the 31 legal time frame. I've given them 5 days to pay up or I'm taking them to court. TENANT BEWARE! SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS AND EMAILS!
Will not respond to emails or phone calls. Been trying to get ahold of them for over a month about payment discrepancies. They will not respond to anyone in my family or managers working in the Leasing office. Update 3/10: I have reached out to corporate office multiple times at the email provided by their response for months and have recieved NO response.
This is most likely the worst place to be a tenant. I'm giving it one star because it will not let you post a 0 star. No communication. Will not return email or phone calls that produce any kind of resolve. They leave notices on the door and do not respond to questions. Threaten eviction for cause, but will not say where the cause came from. Mellessa Ride is terrible at managing Pioneer Abodes. She places notices. Will not respond. Will not communicate with the tenants that live there. She called a tow truck because she said she had pictures of a car being parked illegally parked. She has neve…
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have lived at one of this companies apartment complexes (meadow crest) For two years now, And not once have I had any kind of communication or help from this management company. I try to contact them to let them know that the manager at Meadowcrest is awful and doesn’t reply. I have emailed you guys at least 10 times I have called and left multiple voicemails and no one ever gets back to me. I don’t understand how you can run a property management business so poorly. I’ve been trying To get transferred into a two bedroom Apartment for two months now. I was su…
Black mold all over!
Use to be a decent management company but in the last several years it has gone extremely down hill. No accountability with the management. Unresponsive to maintenance request. Very dismissive and they did not take care of serious issues that happened on the property. Provided an unsafe living condition for me and my family. Horrible management company and would not recommend being their tenant.
It's been 6 months and I haven't received my deposit back yet. They just keep making excuses about mailing/address issues.
Terrible company. Poorly managed properties. Poorly maintained housing. Zero client support. Edit: At the time of this edit, it says my review was only posted 4 days prior. That is incorrect. I placed this review two years ago and I am only now receiving any response. I have lived in my apartment for over 9 years. There have been no real improvements since moving in, but rent continues to increase. In fact, the property has gotten worse and worse over the years. Don't bother calling any of their numbers; you're just going to get their voicemail. These people hardly care about their properties…
Answer your phone ??
These people are cold hearted corporate workers with no respect for tenants of apartments. i live in salem, northplace apartments and the front desk people have all changed many times over the course of ten months. in the course of ten months they have shut our water off to the complex seven times, sometimes with no notice and lasting 4+ hours. our power has also gone out four times internet has gone out twice. amenities are closed for days at a time because they dont have anyone onsite that will upkeep them. they outsource everything to third parties. the exercise bikes have never worke…
Rating them as a last resort to see if they’ll respond. We’ve been trying to get discrepancies with our move out resolved for well over a month, but our emails and calls have been unanswered. During our three year residency with them the building manager changed constantly (no qualms with any of them individually - evidently some of them had twelve properties to try to oversee at the same time, the blame lies squarely with CRMG corporate). We had periods with no maintenance person available for our building, around six weeks with the laundry facilities unavailable (we were told we’d be given a…
My partner and I live in the apartments in Albany. We were having a lot of difficulty with visitors and other tenants parking in our designated parking spot. We tried to address this with the property managers but we had a ton of difficulty communicating with them. They were very unresponsive. We provided options to help alleviate this, but were told that there was nothing they could do due to Fair Housing laws (even though our plans did not fall under this legislation). Given the lack of response and the dismissiveness, I decided to escalate the issue to upper level management with CRMG. I r…
Took them 4 years but they finally successfully evicted me because I couldn’t afford their legal fees for the 3rd time they tried to evict me. Did you know they’re the #1 prop management in Oregon for evictions? Well congrats. You put a disabled woman in the streets. Well, my car at least. Not sure why you needed a dozen officers with weapons drawn to lock me out. But you did it. After 4 years, I’m out. Good job.
My property manager Alina has been the most thoughtful and hard working apartment manager I had ever encountered. She's professional, dedicated, and all about helping her residents handle and care for and of any needs. Having an actual hands on manager has been a blessing for us at our apartment complex. Thank you Alina for all you've done!
Hands down the worst property management I’ve ever dealt with just save your self the energy don’t rent from any of their properties they are awful
They tried to charge me thousands to remodel the apartment when I moved out. I’m so glad I took pictures upon move-in and move out, I had to format a legal letter and send it a few times. Still working on having them fix it.
I lived in an older model of one of their apartment complexes and upon move-out they’re trying to charge me $3,000 so that they can remodel it on my dime. I plan on taking them to court, I’ve already contacted my lawyer. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.
