I live in CTL Management Sunset Apartments for two years. I followed there move out inspections policy and was charged my deposit and cleaning and painting fees. What a joke, I spent two days cleaning the apartment to meet there requirements.

I have lived in Hathaway Court apartments for 9 1/2 years and really have no complaints. They take care of issues quickly, the staff are always friendly, and the amenities are nice. If I had to list minor quibbles, this is what I'd say: 1) Nobody likes it when rent goes up. And I've never had a year here where it didn't go up. This is somewhat understandable, since the cost rises for the owners of the property yearly, but still... the increase basically eats up any raises I get at work, so I can never get ahead. And long-term residency means the management doesn't have to fill vacancies and …

Don’t rent through this company unless you’re fine with never being able to get in contact with them. I have been trying to get in touch with the collections department for MONTHS to get one small piece of information so I can fully pay off my debt and I’ve had nothing but crickets since. You’d think they want my money?

I will start at the beginning. The broken stairs: When I toured the apartment, there was a broken step leading to the apartment. Haley assured me she would complete a work order, so they were fixed before I moved in. The step continued to worsen and finally broke off. It was fixed after six months. Going up and down the stairs with laundry and grocery bags was difficult and risky. My phone calls and emails were met with, "No updates yet, we're still working with contractors". FYI we lived in Rocklin Gold Apartments for 2 years - When we first were asking about the apartment they outright refused to show us the apartment and "claimed" they were "cleaning" it - When we moved in it was absolutely filthy, the carpet had a lot of black stains, the chandelier had a lot of black dust and so did the fans along with spider webs everywhere, its like it was included in the apartment package, the tub was clogged and so was the sink and they never ever fixed, and this without mentioning the extremely noisy water faucets in the ba…

U guys really need to put central air in your townhomes & apartments in The landing breakers are tripping every single day u have a 2 bedroom breaker in a 4 bedroom townhome I believe we are on a Splitter your breakers are outdated and its surprising that these breakers haven't lit on fire yet. Fix your properties this is a Huge violation I do not want to have to sue! Install central air u are a buisness do what u need to do!

My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Not only was it extremely difficult to get in touch with someone, but when I finally did speak to a representative, they were confrontational, rude, and unwilling to let me ask questions or explain my concerns. I was repeatedly interrupted and treated with impatience and dismissiveness. The fee they demanded was completely unwarranted and billed without sufficient justification. Would give negative stars if I could. What a joke CTL Management is. I rented an apartment managed by their company and the last year was the worst experience. I had mice that I was finally able to get pest control to come set traps for but they never came back and I found the dead mice upon moving my stuff out and they had the nerve to charge me odor removal?! The office staff at Crown Court don't make sure things get done around here. My husband and I live here with our 4 year old son. The sketchy next door neighbors have people coming and going plus smoke on the side yard next to our unit. They have been smoking inside their unit too! The leasing agents just peak their heads in and say we don't smell anything. Our washer and dryer is old as dirt. We have to run our dryer through two 60 minute cycles. If I were a person of color I would Run not walk from this property management , I lived at the landing for a total of almost 4 years and my family was discriminated against countless times . I was given a notice of eviction due to a disturbance that took place on my block and to my understanding there was a women of color involved and instead of doing the proper procedure of investigation they took the women who lived across from me “person of non-color” word that the disturbance was connected to my unit hint on why I got the notice of course I fought it with prove that I was not in town nea…

CTL Management is fine to deal with it is the office people at the apartment site that are hard to deal with. Laundry rooms are now locked supposedly opening at 10am. Called twice to inquire when it was after 10am. I was nice. It is now 12pm and the laundry room is still locked! I can only guess it is because of my earlier calls.

It is very difficult to contact them. But when they contacted me they solved my problem.

After moving from Clackamas trial because we were able to buy our house we had to break the contract I went directly to the office and they told me that I had to deal with CTL Management to pay my broken lease I never received a receipt so I had to go back to the Clackamas offices to To say that how could I pay, the manager, disconcertingly, sent me to deal with CTL and then told me that they had not added the 15 to the address and that is why I never received an invoice. Now they sent me to collections and they did not even respond to make a payment arrangement. These people don't care at all…
