I am currently a resident At one of the locations that this company owns. This is got to be one of the worst places I’ve ever lived in my entire life management number one worst in the world you’re behind on rent you’re trying to make a payment plan and trying to get things right and keep up and communicate. After reading numerous negative reviews, it's clear why I’ve received no response after two attempts to contact this office about one of their Skyline Apartment properties. The ongoing lack of communication is deeply frustrating and appears to be a consistent problem. There seems to be little to no accountability or follow-through from this office, and my efforts to address these concerns have been completely ignored. Unfortunately, this gives the impression that the company is unwilling to fulfill or meet basic standards of professionalism.

Cushman & Wakefield took over my leasing management office where I rent my space for my business. I had ZERO issues with previous leasing company. Cushman and Wakefield is a nightmare. Completely unorganized, always saying my rent is late when it’s on autopay every single month and screenshots to prove it was paid on time. I just now a hour ago got another email saying my January rent is still due when it was in fact PAID and received on the due date. Nobody answers the phone on any numbers listed on their contact form. They tried to have me pay an extra 5,000 last month and when I questioned …

As many other people have reported here, Cushwake has failed to return my security deposit or has sent me any information as to why my deposit is being kept. It is now past the 31 days required by Oregon law. When I went to check with on-site office staff (as my calls remained unanswered), they had sold the building and had no record of us. The issues working with them for the last 5 years has been awful and this was the final nail in the coffin. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Do not ever rent a property from these people. I have had issue after issue after issue I’ve had mistakes on my rent where they forgot to upload the promotion that they promised, and then they literally refused to honor it. And upon moving out there was a dispute over added fees on my account. And they nickel and dime me for everything they possibly could, absolutely ridiculous. Most unprofessional people ever Patty at the Vancouver apartment complex is horrible to work with.
