I feel so grateful to know Noelle Mitchell. As a private landlord, my first year has been on the rough side. I have asked her a couple of questions along the way and she has directed me to exactly where I need to go to keep my best interests in mind. Once this lease is over (I non know about the non-renewal clause from Noelle), I am handing this rental over to her so she can take it over in full and I don’t have to worry about being private landlord any longer.

Noelle Denton is the best property manager! Her communication was always clear and prompt. She helped me make strategic decisions about my rental regarding upgrades and repairs to position my property for long term, high end rents. She worked proactively with the tenants and kept me updated on everything. She even helped in negotiating terms a certain points that helped everyone but especially me in maintain tenancy. Would refer all my investor people to her. She's the best.

Delavan has been fabulous as my property management company. I was referred to them by my lawyer as I was experiencing a poor tenancy as a private landlord. Delavan blew me away with their expertise and dedication through the eviction process. I have since had them take over 3 other homes I used to self manage. Very happy with their service. They also have helped me sell one of my homes for top dollar via the Realty side.

Rude and Condescending Employees: The employees, especially Noelle, consistently displayed rudeness and condescension. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to live in the home they managed. However, I want to emphasize that I am a paying customer, not a mere beneficiary. They are unprofessional, they are rude.They take super long to get back to you over needs And if they don't like you , they will take you to court over anything Just to get you out
