This is such an unprofessional agency, just so people get an idea my family moved out of the complex 2 months ago, they have the audacity to send us back there to get the mail box number because THEY DONT KNOW IT!!!! It’s their property!!! Are you kidding me We have a really important document that was mistakenly send there and it’s now our responsibility to do their job and go over there to send them a picture? Disgusting I do not recommend this place not to mentioned 3 years ago we ask them to go in and fix countless of things in the house and they never even send us the estimate .
When can I take a SHOWER??????
I don’t have much experience with this place, but I do pay my bills there every month. However, the staff is amazing. I’ve had nothing but respect from them., yet to have to have somebody come repair my house, but the community is great.
