Eagle Property Management managed my property for 9 months in 2024, January through September. I soon discovered that it would take repeated phone calls or text messages to get a response from Bill about any question or issue. Tenants moved out at the end of June. The repairs to the house included patching holes in walls and extensive cleaning. The company hired to do the repairs used the wrong color paint after patching. Bill never made them fix the problem. Absolutely horrible management company. They wasted valuable time in getting our property rented. They took awful photos of the house interiors and said they would again retake the photos and that never happened. They also listed the property inaccurately as a 1 bathroom when it is in fact it is 1.5. They did not thoroughly check applicants and spent tenants deposit and we have not been sent any receipts about the work that was completed at our property. When a tenant application fell through they immediately dumped our property and have not made arrangements to reimburse our maintenance fee. …

Bill and Sharon have been excellent property managers from day 1. Genuinely nice people, they have both been friendly and welcoming to me and my family, and always available to help. We've been in our place for over a year now and we've had a number of maintenance issues, all of which have been addressed quickly. Of note was when our gas furnace went out in the dead of winter and the issue required both heating service and electricians. Bill got everyone there and the issue fixed in less than 24hrs. We're grateful to have them as our property managers.

I was a resident at this property for six years, and unfortunately, my experience with management—particularly Sharon—was consistently negative. In my experience, she lacks the professionalism and courtesy essential for a role in customer service. Throughout my time as a renter, she was neither friendly nor helpful, and often outright rude when approached for basic assistance.
