When I have a a maintenance problem in the apartment building common grounds, the work is done to correct it a timely manner, it seems no one likes to notify them they just complain , which isn’t necessary just put in a request it will be correct completely and fast!

Let's first start with ....edge will help you in ways to get your new apartment.everytime i call, they answer and help with my concerns.if by any chance your having a problem.edge is there.i had a chip in the bath tub edge sent out a repair man.got it done.had a faulty smoke detector.no questions ask edge replaced it.bottom line im very happy where im at.wish I can stay here for a long time....thank you edge and all who keep it running smooth.i give out of 5 stars ...5 would be who edge is.thank you edge.

They don’t care about the tenant. Please Ignore all the bot replies from edge. Does absolutely nothing to fix anyone’s issues. Highly do not recommend renting from them.

We've lived at Overlook Park for over a year and a half and really love our apartment. The maintenence crew has always responded promptly and fixed our issues efficiently and were very nice too.

EDIT: Reply to owner response: Respect doesn't hide additional utilities until lease signing. Respect doesn't raise rent and aforementioned utilities (40% in 1.5 years) when there's construction directly outside your window. Respect doesn't continually not pay attention and then blame others when they are asked for accuracy on leases. Going into second month and my rent account is incorrect. I paid ahead in rent but have gotten notices and late fee that rent was past due. Phone calls and emails to Edge over several weeks. Was told it was their error, that they would fix and but not resolved weeks later. Never a return communication from them. Hoping posting a review will lead to a response as it looks like this is how other tenants get a response.

I personally had a great experience renting from edge mgt. Never had any issues

Tristan and Shelby were so helpful and supportive in getting my lease and pricing figured out. They were both incredibly responsive over text and so understanding and accommodating.

-1 Star. Not even 0. Worst space ever! Worst management ever! Terrible human being! DO NOT rent from them! All they want is "your money". They dont care about you at all. Do NOT rent from Edge Management! I’ve only been at an apartment managed by Edge for one month now, and I regret it so much. They’ve ignored me time and again for two simple maintenance requests that I had upon moving in - one of which is a washing machine full of mold that I can’t wash my clothes in! We love our place and have had very little issues. When there has been an issue (all pretty minor) our property manager is very quick to respond to inquiries and/or maintenance requests. They also have made sure everything is up to date and working properly since we’ve lived here. I have definitely recommended Edge apartments to others considering moving as this has been one of my better experiences with property management and maintenance request response times!

Edge made my move-in experience effortless. Tara, in particular, has been a great communicator and hooked me up with everything, including my parking spot in the garage. The team at Edge is working hard to improve our building. Keep up the good work, everybody!

Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Borderline gross neglect. And anyone that’s ever dealt with property management knows that is saying a lot… We had catastrophic damage to our roof during the rainy season in PNW and rushing water into our rented townhouse and 85 days later are still struggling to get communication, support, and any type of resolution.

This has been the worst property management company I have ever rented from in my life. I received the apartment dirty, the fridge without working, the washer without working. They take months to fix anything, are unresponsive, and disappear when it comes to handling requests. Absolutely DO NOT RENT OR WORK with them. All the 5-star reviews are fake.

Edge Management is simply the worst property management in the area. Please listen to the reviews. The negative reviews speak for themselves. Edge's responses to the negative reviews are full of garbage. The positive reviews are obviously planted and incentivized. I have had nothing but great experiences with Edge! I started in a studio downtown a few years ago and have since upgraded to a 2 bedroom with my now fiancé! Both move in processes were easy and any maintenance issues I have are resolved within a reasonable amount of time. They're easy to reach by phone or email which is an issue I had with past management companies. Can't recommend enough!

Extremely poor experience renting from Edge, culminating in an email over SIX MONTHS AFTER MOVING OUT, notifying me that Edge would be sending a bill to collections (a bill that had never been delivered to me in the first place). I had moved out after a year of the worst possible rental experience imaginable, cleaned the apartment thoroughly and received nearly all my damage deposit back (on the final day before Edge faced legal penalties for delaying doing so). 11/22/2024 I moved in about a week ago, and so far have had no major issues, and a good experience. The application process was very smooth, and Tristen, who gave us the tour and walked me through the application process, was very kind and helpful. I will update this review in the future if needed.

I have been renting with Edge for about 3 months now, and while I was weary after reading some of the other reviews, I still have not experienced the frustrations that other tenants have experienced. I worked with Tristan to find the perfect apartment, and went above and beyond to help me find the right one that I still adore. Additionally, any concerns that have come up have been addressed in a timely manner. So far, so good!

I just moved in and I really like it here! Tristan was really helpful and I had been struggling to find a good fit and needed a place quickly after other option fell through last minute. He communicated rapidly and the team here at edge 13 was awesome. Couldn’t figure heat out and maintenance was quick and communicative to help me!

I had a wonderful experience working with Tristan to move into my apartment managed by Edge. He was super accommodating with helping me do a virtual tour, answered all of my questions, and helped provide me with great insight about moving to Portland. I was also grateful he was able to work with me to find the best move-in date, especially since I was moving cross country. Over the last two months living in my apartment, I've had nothing but positive interactions with management. Highly recommend working with Tristan!

I've been working with Tristan Pierson to lease a unit through Edge Management and he's been nothing but amazing! Quick to communicate, responsive, friendly, and timely. Seriously the best experience I've ever had with a leasing agent and move-in process. It's been rare to find a leasing agent in Portland who has the tenant's best interest in mind, but that's been my experience with Tristan. He really went above and beyond to make sure that I had all the info I needed and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

The management has been so understanding and wonderful here! They actually listen to your problems and offer solutions very quickly, and have gorgeous properties/units that are affordable in cute neighborhoods. Would highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a new place in the city!

I have been a resident in the same apartment for nearly three years, and I’ve been hesitant to write this until now. I strongly advise against renting a property managed by Edge Management. While the apartments may appear aesthetically pleasing, they are of subpar quality. Maintenance requests are notoriously delayed, often taking between one to four weeks to address. Despite assurances from staff that they will promptly follow up, they rarely do. We moved into a property managed by Edge a month ago and have been extremely impressed with their service. The team was incredibly responsive from the start. Scheduling a tour and the application process were both smooth and efficient. I am not one to leave reviews but this management company sucks. Apparently a year after I moved out of one of their properties- they sent an email saying I owed them for backyard damage. I never got this email but what’s even worse- is now they are harassing me with another email that I did receive and saying they are going to send this to collections. I was always a good tenet and paid everything on time. If they would have followed up with me in a professional manner and maybe- gave me a phone call as well, this would have been dealt with.
