Erik is very reasonable and flexible to work with for our rental property. We evaluated other property managers and his fees are lower plus he allowed us to keep certain features of our home (like electronic keypad). He found us the PERFECT renters too, ones we could have only dreamed about.

I've used EKM Property Management for almost 10 years on one property and another for over 7 years. Erik takes care of finding and vetting all renters, collecting rent payments and sending out payments, handling all maintenance issues, and even providing landscaping services if needed. I can't recommend EKM Property Management enough. I've had my rental managed by Erik and his team since 2014.
