I would NOT even give em 1 stare if I could write this without it. Im the land owner with one of their adjoining properties. There is a dangerous tree leaning at a 45° angle over my fence with my livestock that I cant move out of the way. The tenants and myself have addressed this many times over the last 6months. Im looking at a potential 20k loss if the tree falls. Ive called multiple times to no avail. These people dont care about anything but their paychecks. This company is atrocious! Rolan was extremely helpful with the acquisition of our newest rental property. Answering my questions and addressing my concerns, I do feel that the whole process would have been easier and done all at once e if we could have done things in-person, however the tenant portal is convenient. I had a wonderful experience with Evergreen over the last almost 3 years. Great response times, friendly staff, management is very fast at sending people out for maintenance requests, and I took very good care of the property and got almost all of my deposit back. Overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!

Evergreen has provided me with poor customer service. They have not acted in good faith as my property manager. The Portfolio Manager I work with refuses to answer any of my calls. I have called and left messages 3-4x in the past few months. She rather document in writing/email in hopes that the owner slips up, instead of building and fostering a positive working relationship. I find her lack of response disrespectful and unprofessional. Maintenance repair scheduled quickly, completed efficiently.

Very prompt with all of your maintenance requests. Communicative, follow up via phone, email, text. They make it super easy and efficient. Ted has been helping us and he’s been great at talking with us and the home owners.

I want to give a shoutout to the maintenance manager, Ted! I was not expecting to have my maintenance requests reviewed, accepted, and completed as fast as mine have! My experience with Evergreen Property Management hasn’t been the best, but it could’ve been worse. The townhome units on Lancaster Ct are nice and well taken care of with a fair price*, but the management is a bit messy and very limited in their knowledge and ability to help with certain things. Rolan and Jona kindly helped me with my move in process over email and text, which ended up working out - after some hiccups. One of the maintenance people or someone that toured the home days before my move in left a terrible gross mess in the bathroom which got cleaned thankfully I was not in a rush …

Have lived at this residence for 18+ years. Evergreen Property Management has been extremely easy to work with when recently one of the smoke alarms was down without my knowledge. I didn't realize until I got a violation notice for $250. I immediately called the inspection dept, where Nestle allowed me to immediately put the alarm back in place, then removed the $250 fine the same day. I so appreciate the quick response from her and Evergreen Property Management.

Evergreen is a great property to rent to. They’re really understanding and communication on what needs to happen and give you time if you need it. I really appreciate Nesli. She is awesome and understanding and she does a very good job at her job. If you need help understanding or have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask Evergreen.

They are awesome property management i have lived at my current residence for 2 years now and they have been such great company to rent from.. I have had a few different issues on my part and they have been very patient and willing to work with me in order to resolve. I just recently had a great experience with one of their managers named Nesli and she was awesome helped me with removing a violation I had off my permanent rental record! I give them 5 starts !!!

Just moved into our new rental, drains were clogged and backing up so I did a maintenance request. Ted the maintenance manager, sent a company to fix the issue the very next day and they were awesome! Technician was very knowledgeable and listened to me in full prior to assessing what and where the issues were. He went right in and completed the work and also fixed a couple of other issues that we had as well. Definitely a good choice of plumber! Thanks Ted, keep up the good work!

We take care of this place in and out as if it was our own. When the inspection happened it used to be once a year now it's every 6 months. Today makes the end of our current time renting with Evergreen Property Management. We have been in one of their units for 3.5 years and have loved every minute. We are sad to go, but new city and new opportunities await! Communication is above average. I will say they do not fix ALL things that go wrong , but the things that have happens are all very minor. Nesli is amazing!! This is by far the best property management company that I have ever dealt with. They are prompt and anytime that we have ever put in a maintenance request someone is usually at our house within a day or two. You don’t get that service from any other type of property management from my experience

Trying to get a hold of them is a nightmare! The previous management company wasn't any better either. Heard it was managed by the owners directly at one point, but these management companies don't care about the tenants as much. Try being late on rent, and they'll never let you hear the end of it. But when the tenants need maintenance, they don't respond. We have had a broken AC, broken washing machine, and broken dryer for over a year. Submitted maintenance requests multiple times. The appliances are still not fixed. But they'll give you a bag of chips if you give them a positive review.

I am renting a lower level of a house. I asked the managers multiple times to please tell the people upstairs that they are being too loud at night. Their TV is on loud at night, and they are talking loud and they are stomping very loud, when we are trying to sleep. And we have jobs and lives. There should be a quiet hours, in the lease agreement. The managers haven’t done anything about the loud people upstairs. After I asked multiple times for managers help. Manager said there is nothing they could do.

After having to look for a place, 23 years later, it was extremely hard. I have a special needs son. Old house is the only house he know. Evergreen property management has made our move to accommodate my son. That was the most important thing.

I got a nice townhome and I’d like to thank Rolan for his services. Very easy process due to me relocating back to Oregon . My only problem was I paid everything upfront yet I had to wait to move in when the unit was ready and for that it cost me quite a bit on the deposit and I still had to shell out money to keep the moving truck for an extra three days The unit was not cleaned as you stated hotel ready when the carpet is dirty as well as the walls needed painting.Very expensive moving back here from Texas. , but overall I’m okay with my new home. RENTERS BEWARE, DO NOT rent from this property management company. They will raise your rent annually, ignore maintenance requests, and upon your move out will overcharge you for every single thing they can, they will even fabricate lies, in order to retain your security deposit. This company claimed I smoked inside in order to charge me to install new carpet in the entire house and to repaint the entire house. I DO NOT now, nor have I ever smoked. I lived there for two years, The carpet was old and falling apart, and the walls needed repainting when I moved in. There was other damage to doors…

I had a great experience at one of Everygreen’s properties. I stayed there just a few months over a year. They were friendly and timely about maintenance requests and concerns. The move in and the move out went great. A parking issue began to arise and they worked quickly to solve it to the best of their abilities while making it fair for the tenants. During this past ice storm, the trees on their property were becoming unrooted and dangerous. I worked with this company, and Tiffany at Evergreen after they took over for V2 property which was probably the worst run company I have ever worked with. Fortunately after Evergreen took over I found the responsiveness and professionalism greatly increased.
