As a landlord, I have had a horrendous experience with Poplar. Their leasing team, market team, and customer service have been late, uninformed, and not at all competent. I've lost a lot of money working with Poplar and they continue to try to gauge me for more fees as I try to terminate my service with them. I would advise all to stay as far away from this company as possible.

Nancy Calderon was extremely helpful and knowledgable assisting me with rent payments by echeck and her step by step directions gave me the resukts I needed.

This property management company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Terrible maintenance service, horrible contract communication, never able to get any help by phone due to out of country call centers, doubled charged us for rent twice. Do not recommend ever
