I've had the best experience with Farrell Realty from the first day. I lived in California and Mr Jeff did a zoom you're of the house for me and did all my paperwork for section 8 so fast that I was amazed. After we moved here we had a really bad wind storm and it blew down half of our fence in the backyard I contacted the realty they had it fixed right away without no problems. Also any other repair that I have needed they have repaired immediately. My experience with Farrell has been extremely disappointing. They consistently do the bare minimum to address tenant and owner concerns and on top of that the current place i am living in now is a joke , i’m definitely going to look into a different rental property agency and they’re extremely rude!

Jeff and the rest of the team got us into a great town home and are very responsive and nice to work with!

Farrell Realty does not ensure their properties are habitable. The property we live in has a flat black roof and it is like living in a hot attic. It is regularly 90+ degrees inside our apartment with an AC and fans running all day. Jeff from Farrell Realty told us we “won’t be reimbursed one penny” if we pay contractors to put solar reflective paint of the roof. The property was also missing a carbon monoxide alarm until we asked.

Renting from Farrell’s was the best renting experience I have had so far. The staff are so friendly and walking into their office feels like home. Jeff was great to work with and easy to communicate with.

I rented from Farrell back in 2017 and they were are remarkable rental company. They helped me find the perfect place that fit my needs, within my budget, and we're super flexible. I was able to move in a couple days early, and when I was moving out I hurt my back and needed additional time to move out and the worked with me every step of the way. They also had an online portal to pay my rent. I don't know about y'all but the only thing I ever wrote checks for was for housing, so it was a HUGE bonus to be able to do everything online and not have to ever keep checks on hand lol. We have been with Farrell for a few months now and so far it’s been nothing short of amazing. The price of rent is incredibly fair when compared to other similar sized townhouses. The people working for Farrell have always been professional and prompt to reply or give any information. I should also add that of the 3 issues we’ve had since moving in back in August of 2023 they’ve been so quick to fix. 1.
