I would 100% rent from them again, best company to rent from. Anytime I had a Maintenance repair or anything they were there the next day to fix or had already called someone to come out to my apartment at Maxwell manor. Thank you!

I loved living here under first class management. They were attentive to maintenance requests and solved quickly. One of the best landlords I have had. Ready to work with and they treat you like a person with a life not just another number. 10/10 would rent under them again. Who knows when I move i might go backto see what they have.

I'm fairly anti-landlord / property management as a whole general concept, and I miss the days of renting from family owned operations. That said, we've had as good of an experience with First Class as one can hope for over the last several years. Every maintenance request has been fulfilled quickly, building improvement suggestions have been accepted and implemented on more than one occasion. The folks that work in the office that I've spoken with have always been kind, patient, and receptive to feedback. I currently rent through First Class Property Management and have never had an issue! The application process was easy, and they even worked with my poor credit! They are very attentive to my work orders and get them completed in a timely manner. As a Property Manager myself, this is the type of service I would expect! ☺️

Nice quality houses had some issues but got resolved quickly and professionally.

I rented from fcpm for about 3 years. I never had any problems with this company. The staff are kind and understanding. Great management company. I ended up having to move due to taking in my sister's children, but I would rent from them again if I had to.
