Beware! Take videos and pictures before you move out, if you don't they will try and charge you for any renovation they can! Very dishonest company 0 star experience.

GMC had been great to work with from day one. We moved into their Harley Townhomes in Oregon City when they opened and these homes are spectacular. High even finished, quiet location, they just make you feel like your own and not a rental. The staff is great to work with and has been super responsive to all questions or maintenance issues. I can’t recommend GMC enough!

GMC Properties has been such a great company to rent from. We moved into one of their newest communities in 2022 and have had an incredible experience with all of the staff from management to maintenance. Anytime I have to fill out a maintenance request, the team is quick to follow up with me and get a resolution asap. The pride GMC has for their properties really does show and I look forward to renting from them for years to come.

We have leaved a several years at Park Crest commons and we love it! The management team is absolutely amazing! They very friendly, responsive and professional. The property is clean and quiet. Green landscaping always well maintained. Highly recommend this place.

The neighborhood has been quiet and peaceful in the 2 1/2 years I've lived here. Apartment is new and nice. Landscape is always kept up. Only thing I miss is a walk-in closet because they're not available in 1 bedrooms. Maintenance are quick to respond and efficient.

Whenever our home has had any issues such as ants or damaged closet or even the handrails at our stairwell, management is always quick to get support sent over to help fix our predicaments. That being said I will confess that not all homes are made equal, for example our unit does not have any washer or dryer machines while other apartments have them included. The apartments themselves are also aged, as in most have not been updated or renovated in many years. For us, our apartment has very creaky floors in specific spots or half of our living room being set on one whole circuit. That would no…

This management company has been wonderful in the few years I've rented through them. I appreciate the kind and helpful staff. I also appreciate the maintenance people working hard on the property all day. I've always received timely responses from the team as well.

I moved from another state to Bethany West Apartments ago 3 months ago. The property manager, Mike Lowe, made the transition very easy. He was available to answer any questions I had, and sent a video tour of the apartment as I was unable to physically tour the property. Since moving in, the property has been well maintained, and the staff responsive.

I've lived here over 10 years it's a very quiet place to live.

We have lived at many different apartments, but GMC Properties Corporation is the best management we have come across. Other leasing office staff are intimidating, but not GMC Properties! They are all so friendly and approachable. They are always hosting activities/events to make their residents feel appreciated. Their apartments are reasonably priced and well managed. They are also very fair in the leasing contract. Highly recommended GMC Properties Corporation!

The current staff are friendly and helpful. No breed restrictions on pet which is a plus for pet lovers/owners. Turf pet park on site :)

Devonshire Manor, managed by GMC, has been a wonderful place to live! The staff and maintenance team are always quick to respond with clear communication. The community is quiet and welcoming. The property is always kept clean and landscaping is maintained. They have been wonderful at recieving community feedback.

I appreciate the efforts to help build community and how quick maintenance is to fix any issues. I’ve enjoyed living at one of their properties as it has been relatively stress-free for me in comparison to other apartments I’ve lived at.

GMC Properties is an excellent management company. We have lived in the Stevens Creek Apartments for 6 years and are very satisfied with the management team and the maintenance team. The property is well cared for and the community center sponsors events for residents.

GMC properties management has staff that is very competent and thoughtful. I have had many experiences at other apartment complexes managed by other companies which were not positive, but every experience that I've had with GMC properties management has been positive.

We’ve live in the Bethany West Apartments, run by GMC, and it’s hard to find anything wrong to report to other people searching for a place to call home. We love the area, haven’t had issues with management, and have had our few maintenance requests fulfilled at a surprising speed. The trash can overflow occasionally, but we haven’t noticed it as frequently as of late and trash is always picked up by the garbage truck at least twice a week it seems like. Nice area if you have pets too. There’s a couple of fields that get mowed by the Parks dept. that are perfect for our dog to run around in. E…

I've lived at the bethany west apartments almost 3 years now and so far have enjoyed my experience. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly and efficiently, our rent has barely gone up in 3 years, and staff has always been friendly! I'd say the main downside has been the main office hours, it seems like they're always closed or have strange hours, but I will say they've been pretty available by email if I need something - just not always on the property.

Ever since I moved to Devonshire Manor on Rosa Road, I’ve had such a lovely experience. Beautiful sense of community. Super kind and helpful team. With such a lovely and upmost professional manager leading the community. Meghan is a truly outstanding manager. On several occasions I have needed assistance and she has personally called and emailed me to resolve my concerns. The property is clean and tidy which is not an easy task.
