We have Green Keys managed our rental property for the past 5 years, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Most recently, when my tenants moved out and my sister needed to move into the house, Gail and her team handled the transition very smoothly. They stayed on top of every detail, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. We truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.

40 years as a realestate broker and I can say; Gail at Green Keys is by far the best Property Manager Ive found. She runs 8 of my properties. There are always bumps in the road with realestate but Gail smoooooths them out. Fair Fast and she RETURNS CALLS !!!!

There is just not enough space to talk about how AMAZING Gail and her team at Green Keys are! I did so much research because I was absolutely terrified I would be fumbling around or somehow taken advantage of because I had no idea how to rent my house out and how to be a good landlord, and then I met Gail. Lied a few times and violated our contract at least twice. Failed to communicate basic things to tenants and did not address tenant concerns. Made excuses about tenants being "difficult". Despite calling them difficult, Green Keys did find these great tenants so they deserve some credit for that. Tenants and I (Landlord) were both happy to remove Green Keys from the equation. As a landlord, you would expect your PM do more than just collecting rent. Gail would do just that but no more. When asked to step up and deal with a potential (not even actual) dispute with the existing tenants, she bailed. If this is the kind of PM you need then go for it. Otherwise, there are many other better options out there. She had been my PM for less than a year and her shortcomings already came through. I came to town needing a home for me and my large dog ASAP! The team Gail and Katie were fantastic and quick. They helped me get on my feet into the perfect place for me and my pooch in a heartbeat. They were very responsive if I needed anything and truly cared. You can definitely feel they function like a family business. Personable and there for you. My pooch and I greatly appreciated it! I refer any folks looking for a new spot to them!

I’ve been a tenant with GKPM for a few years now and have nothing but positive things to say. Gail and her team are always prompt with requests, consistently professional, and genuinely willing to work with tenants to find solutions when issues arise. Worst rental / management company. Rigid nonsense “rules” and horrible communication. Maintenance requests were ignored. We did everything we could to move out asap once the lease ended. Avoid Gail and Green Keys!!!

I rented from Green Keys a few years ago with some roommates and had a really positive experience. Gail was super responsive and helpful, and honestly worked really hard to try and help us. I had some insight about some other renters' experiences with her as well, and that she put a lot of time and energy into advocating for them which was really nice to hear amidst the current landscape of renting in Portland. I was very impressed and satisfied with my renting experience from Geen Keys and highly recommended Gail Scott’s professional services. I rented with Green Keys for 3 years. Gail was my primary point of contact. From the beginning on, they were super accommodating. Gail worked with me to reduce my rent by removing pet rent (this is case by case, don't expect my situation to be yours). The application and approval process was super quick and easy.
