The leasing process was smooth, the unit was clean and well maintained, and the staff was always responsive and professional whenever I needed anything.

I have rented from Greenbridge Properties for the past two years and have had a very positive experience. Their team genuinely cares about both the properties they manage and the residents they serve. Whenever I’ve visited their office, the staff has been friendly, helpful, and responsive. It’s clear they take pride in their work and strive to provide excellent customer service. Compared to other property management companies I’ve rented from in the Portland area, Greenbridge has stood out for their professionalism and commitment to their customers.

After living under greenbridge property management for almost 2 years I wish I could give a zero star review. I don’t even know where to start. When we first moved into the apartment it was under a different management which was great and then it was transferred to greenbridge. The amount of issues we had with these people is ridiculous. Starting with the person who was assigned to our apartment complex, it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone even though their very fancy downtown office hours state 9am-4pm on weekdays. I will be going on 2 years in September with Greenbridge. Their communication has been great. You are able to email or text them whenever you need something and they respond in a timely manner. They are very respectful and friendly. They take concerns seriously and seem to really care. Having a responsive and proactive management is SO important. I would recommend Greenbridge to anyone. They manage our property well knowing they are managing other properties as well.

Worst company ever. Never helped and always blamed the tenants. Never had an on site manager, cut of coin laundry for 4 month, allowed other commitments they managed dump trash and over charged us. Etc……. Theresa was rude, but Sarah at least tried to help. Stay far away from Greenbridge and Affinity Property Management Companies

Both Melenaite and Sheena were incredibly responsive, kind, compassionate, and intuitive. I had such a pleasant experience with the Greenbridge team from start to finish - from signing the lease to vacating the property. Melenaite and Sheena were the quickest and most responsive property managers at a leasing company EVER, and I've lived in quite a few apartments in my lifetime. No notes!! Thank you to you and your team for making my first year in Portland so special.

Out of a city of questionable landlords, these guys are honest and reliable

My partner and I just moved into a Greenbridge property and have been incredibly disappointed with the entire process. Upon move in, the house was still dirty (used paper towels caked with pasta sauce in the microwave, tape everywhere, slime on the window shades, etc.), and no keys were left for the house. We noticed after a few days that the hot water heater was not producing adequate hot water and we are still waiting three weeks later for this to be repaired. They do not communicate proactively and the only updates we’ve gotten regarding repairs come after we contact them. It is hard to get…

The trash enclosure on Claremont’s property had an alarm beeping every five seconds for hours. I reached out because the noise was loud enough to enter my unit. The manager is unresponsive to fixing it. Which would involve a simple disconnection of the battery. In my opinion, he could not care less about how his property affects the community, and refused to take responsibility for it as he should.

Greenbridge Properties was very responsive when it came to my needs. From booking a tour to my move out, they were always helpful and answered any questions I had quickly.

I had a very easy and nice experience renting with Greenbridge. They were great at responding to maintenance issues and noise complaints! The only issue I had was at the beginning of my tenancy, there was some communication confusion with which apartment I was actually approved for. But overall my experience was smooth and I would rent from them again.

Throughout my tenancy, they consistently ignored serious concerns, including repeated noise disturbances and ongoing verbal harassment from a neighbor. I rented with this property management for the last four years. They are great people to rent from. Very respectful and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Proceed with caution - our place was not cleaned or inspected, and they've delayed a toilet repair for over a month. Nobody has called us back at any point, they didn't know what mailbox was ours, and provided 1 mail key that works. Update: there was no follow-up about the mailbox whatsoever, contrary to the response to this review. Also, it's not possible to properly inspect a house that does not have running water or electricity during its vacancy.

We rented a property managed by Greenbridge for 2.5 years and had a great experience with them. They were communicative, friendly, and very receptive to our concerns. Maintenance requests always got taken care of in a timely manner. Would recommend!

Similar to others we had a great experience renting with Greenbridge Properties. The staff is friendly, approachable, and easy to get a hold of. Especially coming from traditional landlords this experience was top notch. It’s actually a pleasant experience using a management company outside of a traditional apartment complex type, ours was a free standing house. Responsive maintenance team and friendly staff!

Renting from Greenbridge was actually a great experience! In the past I have preferred renting directly from owners and had never had a real property manager (you definitely hear mixed things). Even though Greenbridge is an intermediary, everything still felt attentive, personal and not like I was being treated like just one of hundreds of tenants. Everyone we worked with was friendly and responsive.

I rented at the Holgate property near SE woodstock neighborhood for a couple of years, and I had an overall good experience with them. As they went through some changes in property managers they communicated that with myself and the other tenants in the building. PM Jessica C. was extremely helpful during the move out process and the unit itself my partner and I loved. I do wish accounting was easier to reach—I mostly emailed with them, as the water/ utility bill back was a bit confusing as a tenant. Still, happy with my overall experience as a tenant.

I rented at their Scholls Ferry Rd apartments for a couple of years, and I had an overall good experience with them. Any time I needed something fixed, their portal was easy to use and someone would be at the property within a couple of days. I also appreciated that they are dog-friendly! The property is a little outdated, but the location near a park makes up for it. I do wish management was easier to reach—I mostly emailed with them, even when I’d request a phone call. Still, happy with my overall experience as a tenant.

My apartment was great, no major issues. The property manager kept up with everything and addressed my concerns in a timely fashion. I wish I could have stuck around!

I had a wonderful experience living at Greenbridge Properties. The maintenance team was incredibly kind and always quick to fix any issues I had. I locked myself out of my apartment multiple times, and they were always there to help me out. The property itself is very well kept, and I had lovely neighbors who made the community feel welcoming. The neighborhood is fantastic with plenty of amenities nearby. I highly recommend Greenbridge Properties to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Gave 24 hours notice to me & all other residents of my apartment that they will no longer manage the building I live in, and also that my renters insurance with them is now void. Absolutely ridiculous, & I have a hard time believing such practice is legal. They were very poor at communication or responsiveness for the time I lived here while they managed the property. I often had to send a message 2, 3 times before getting a response.

Greenbridge has been a wonderful property management company. They always keep you aware of any changes or any upcoming events. Everyone is also so friendly and nice!

Greenbridge made the showing and move in process seamless. It was nice to see quick responses from management and maintenance. The move out process was also easy, and, despite warnings, we were not nickel and dimed. The biggest concern we had were stolen packages from the "locked" mailroom over the year. We hope GBP has a better way to ensure safety and security. Management telling us to "call the police" was ineffective.

We loved our experience as tenants with Greenbridge! We found the perfect rental home for our family and they made the application and move-in process so seamless and easy. They were very responsive and timely anytime we had issues that needed attention with the home. After a long, wonderful season for our family in that home, I had a job transition that entailed moving before our existing lease was complete; Greenbridge worked with the property owner to help us make the transition in a way that was a huge blessing to our family. We would highly recommend them for your housing needs.

We enjoyed our renting experience at Greenbridge. The apartment had fairly new appliances and a more modern interior. Maintenance requests never really came up, things were pretty reliable. The floor was made of cheaper materials, so we had a few issues with it pulling up. The lock on the stairwell leading to the apartments was often not working. Other than these small complaints, we were happy with where we rented and would do it again if we had the choice.

I lived at Scholls Royal by myself for 14 months until I decided I wanted to find a larger place with some friends. The rent was priced well within the market for a ground level 780sqft 1bd/1ba with a dishwasher and hookups. All of my maintenance requests were responded to in a timely manner with convenient scheduling. Greenbridge was a very easy company to work with, the application process was fast and no issues arose. Any time any maintenance was required, which was rare because my unit was in great shape, they quickly assessed the issue. Jessica C in the office was also great to work with!

Lived in a Greenbridge apartment for a year and it was a great location. Facilities were nice and it had good amenities for the price. Moved to a different apartment for work but we enjoyed our time with greenbridge properties.

Greenbridge Property Management is affordable and no stress renting. My studio was only $995 a month and the property managers were nothing but kind and welcoming. Greenbridge frequently has properties equal to or cheaper than affordable housing for studios, one bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms.

Greenbridge was awesome and the staff were always so kind and attentive! Our breaker once went out and a beautiful lady was on the phone with me for 45 mins to help me find the breaker before we left for work! I rented from greenbridge for about a year. They’re a good management company. Do exactly what you would expect of a decent land management company. They resolved any maintenance issues during our time renting fairly quickly, and did not harass us upon move out. (Not a high bar, but we all know how terrible move outs can be with rental companies). I would definitely rent from them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They took over for the apartment we had already put our notice to vacate in. Our lease had already ended with Enko properties. We NEVER got a walk through upon move out. We did not get our security deposit back. And after moving out, received an invoice for nearly THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS in damages. Lived at 410 Dekum for a year, other than some noisy neighbors and other expected apartment living issues the place did the job. Appliances are nice and maintenance is always on top of things when needed.

I lived in a 2bed1bath apartment at the Jackson court complex for 2.5 years. It was my first apartment after moving out of a college dorm and I am so grateful that I found it. My family and I lived there since 2019 filled with a lots of up and down while we lived there. One of the ups is that they were quick with maintenance request. One of the downs is that our neighbors would bang our walls to I guess let us s know that it was too noisy. But the thing is we have 4 kids and sometimes they are hard to control and we would let the property manager know that sometimes there’s nothing we can do. And we were being ignored by the manager. Because of that it wasn’t very enjoyable to sort of have beef with our neighbors.

Made a maintainece request because soem of the outlets didnt work and didnt have covers. 2.5 years later...they're charging me an additional $1000 after saying my security deposit was forfeited for apartment painting. I would never rent from this property management again. In addition, I was never late on my rent the entire time I was there. The balcony was rotted out and had been steadily sagging. I had a good experience with them in the beginning, but when it came time for moving it flipped. Checking out of the apartment was really stressful due to lack of communication and trying to charge us for damages that never took place. They were just looking for a cash grab. The office staff were always difficult to reach. Maintenance team was on top of it and usually got things done in a timely manner.

Nearly impossible to reach a real person to talk to. Got WRONGFULLY sent to collections after moving out, without any attempts to contact me. Seem like a sketchy company.

My personal experience with the management company was HORRIBLE my worst experience yet and I’ve only dealt with three management companies before they charged and overcharged me for everything they could they made my move out experience stressful and the worst one yet they were extremely rude and unhelpful during the entire process and I would recommend finding another management company to deal with I will never even look near a property if they own it!!
