They allow tenants with multiple illegal behaviors to occupy properties. Their response to complaints is that it’s more complicated and there’s not much they can do.

Hanover and Townsend managed our home as a rental when we were called out of the country pretty suddenly for work. Eric jumped on board easily, working with tradespeople to finish up cleaning and painting the house in preparation for rental. The house was well cared for and rented quickly. The few maintenance questions that arose were handled timely and professionally. Our renters seem to be quite happy because they were quick to renew. I rented a one bedroom from Hanover & Townsend for the 2023 Summer. I had a fantastic experience with Eric and his property management style. They were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The space was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend any property managed by them.
