I was a tenant with Heartwood for 3 years. It was by far my best renting experience. The landlord, Nelson, was always incredibly friendly and responsive. If I ever had a repair or issue that needed to be tended to, he would send someone out almost immediately, even in non emergency situations. Rent was raised minimally throughout my time and never felt unfair or out of line. If I didn't buy, I would absolutely still be living at the property I rented or another Heartwood managed property.

Nelson has been easy to work with, friendly, responsive, and professional. As renters, it's nice to know that someone's there to take care of things if anything goes wrong or needs fixing. He made it quick and easy to get into our new home, and has been there for us to help minimize the friction of moving into a new place. Moving is always stressful, but it's a lot easier when you're working with a property manager who gets it.
