My wife and I had a good experience with Jeremy and Aya, especially with a very quick 2 week urgent period of moving into a rental. The process was fast and they were always quick to respond and help/fix with requests while we lived in the rental.

I have been a tenant for Homebase for 3 1/2 years and I am very pleased with the service they provide. They are very attentive to any issues that arise and are easy to get in contact with. They are by far the best company I have ever rented from. Update…... years later ..Jan 2026 I have ran into two pretty significant issues and I contacted Homebase and immediately they were on it. They had the solution and the steps we needed to take care of it, and even checked back in 7 days to see if it was resolved. Very caring company.|
