Hundred Property management is a great company to look after your rental properties. As a rental property owner, I need a reliable company to manage my properties and keep my tenants happy. I ended my relationship with another local management company because they were not responsive or customer service-focused. Any service requests or work orders I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently. Hundred property management has been below average to say the least. There "move in ready" home was an abomination with our check list being to big to put on paper, inckuding but not limited to a moldy dishwasher and bathtub, broken flooring, gunky floors, non working washer machine etc. Fast forward 6 months into lease we asked for a mutual termination and we are moving across the US in which the communication for this was very lackluster.
