I live on the east coast but have two rental properties in Oregon. When one of them unexpectedly became vacant, I needed someone to find, vet, and sign up a new tenant for me. Illume came highly recommended and my experience with them has been fantastic! Marie has gone so far above and beyond the call of duty that I don't know how to describe it. She has made what could have been an anxious and grueling process an absolute pleasure. I literally could not have done this without her and Illume. I recommend them unconditionally.

Illume Property Partners has managed my property for 16 years. They have always had my best interest at heart both financially and in their quality of service. Equally important, they carefully balance the personal needs of everyone involved. We recently concluded a complex tenant situation. Sally communicated everything clearly. She was always available when I needed help and understood my needs. We settled everything in the best way possible. I appreciate the expert assistance and the compassionate attention to everyone involved. Illume Property is my management partner.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m an owner and have had nothing but issues with this company. Constant fees from them make it so I can never even end up covering the mortgage. Charged me four times, twice for $65 to make keys and put random $300 “set fees” on my account and won’t explain what they mean! They won’t return calls or emails. I have to badger them to reply and give me straight answers about their fees and what exactly I’m getting charged for. Still have not received a straight answer and it’s been two months of me asking. Disappointed with sally and everyone at Illume property management. Their failure to rent out my property led to financial loss. Poor communication and hidden fees added to the frustration. Switched companies and had my property rented within a week at a better rate that they offered with only 100 management fee per month . Avoid if you value your property and peace of mind.

Real class act slumlords, If you ever have a misfortune of renting from them, make sure to keep a physical copy of your lease they’ll try and pull some shady stuff

As far as Property Management groups go, Illume Property Partners is by far one of the best! I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this Property Management group. Both the executive manager and the owner of the rental that I was in for six years were accommodating, understanding, and very responsive. This is one of the worse companies to deal with, they lack any type of communication skills including letting the tenant know that they're is going to be system issues. When they do call you back they will get an attitude with like your disturbing.

I am just now moving into a property managed by Illume Property Partner, therefor my review is not about the experience of living in their property, instead it is about the process of moving in. I want to Call out Marie by name. I had so many technical questions in so many different aspects of the lease and move in. Terrible experience with this property or whatever name/title they want to be called. Really wish I could give them 0 stars. I used to live over at Filmore Apartments in Corvallis OR and I ended up giving a 30 day notice letting them know I was planning on moving out. They told me that I would be in good standing with them if I paid my rent + half rent for breaking the lease. Which I paid in full 2 weeks before my move out date. I moved out 8/30/2024. Four months later in November I received a letter from them stating that I still owe them all the money that I already paid before moving out. I…

Chad has consistently showed up for every issue we’ve had moving into our new place. He goes above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable. Even addressing issues we hadn’t known at the time. 10/10 service and appreciate him endlessly.

I called for help with a flood in the basement and Chad came out within a couple hours and took care of the water heater hose. He took photos and kept in touch with updates. Really appreciate his quick response and updates.

Michelle was a great asset and so much help for my roommates and I. When it came time to alter our lease and change tenants, she went out of her way to guide us through the process to make it as seamless as possible.

Michelle at Illume was absolutely fantastic! We needed to find a new home quickly, and she made it happen. She arranged a tour right away, answered all our questions patiently, and helped us through the entire application process incredibly fast. It was such a smooth experience. Plus, their resident portal is one of the best I've ever used - so convenient. If you're looking for a new place, I highly recommend working with Michelle and illume!

While I ended up having to leave the apartment Illume managed, all of my interactions with them were pleasant and professional. They run a tight ship, and they were always responsive and helpful whenever any kind of issue came up. I would rent an apartment they manage in the future, if the opportunity arises.

I have been residing in a rental from illume (the tristan) for the past couple of years, I just moved out but I wanted to leave a review because of how outstanding this company is with their rentals. Any maintenance requests I had were completed so quickly and I feel so lucky to have had that. Overall a great experience in the rental process and I highly recommend.

Rented from this place for a year at 365 15th St. SE in Salem The windows were painted shut, the unit had mold growing under the kitchen sink and the bathtub in that apartment has little to no water pressure. The communication on Illume's part is sloppy to say the least. An employee of theirs required my spare key to do checks on my apartment and informed me the locks would be broken and replaced if I didnt comply.
