My apartment was not cleaned when I moved in. I have been asking since I moved in to have for repairs that should have been done before I moved in. I was told it would be done (the repairs). Still not done. There was an infection of ants everywhere. I asked for my apartment to be sprayed it took 1 year and a half. I put the maintenance request in and it took 18 months to get someone in to spray and when I asked them to clean up the dead ant carcasses in my cupboards and drawers. Currently live here have for 7 years planning on moving since nothing is ever done and rent is expected. Closet has been broken for almost two years. Blinds never replaced and I’ve been there 7 years. Maintenance is a joke. Rent has been stolen 2 times by it being lost or the office broken into. No one is ever in the office or shows up when scheduled for maintenance work or just general information. Management is very poor service management and is always passive aggressive and rude. This company evicted me from one of their properties, as soon as I became physically disabled, and unable to address some of the concerns that they had, and therefore was considered to be non-compliant, even at court during eviction hearings. They Treated me as if I was just lying to them and making excuses They Did everything they could to avoid having to look at me in the eye, and they did not make any effort to try to understand what I was saying to them. Literally the WORST property management company in Oregon. They are money hungry and don't care about their residents at all. I would give zero stars if I could.

Single female. I rented from an apartment taken over by IPM for 5 years. No late payments, no violations. The building was constantly being broken into by homeless people, and the manager consistently said it wasn't his problem. I guess I became an issue with asking him to secure the building. Manager went as far as to tell me he was watching me on security cameras, stalked me, and had "guys who worked for him" follow me physically to intimidate me. On March 28th 2025 I was getting off the elevator on the second floor it was so darn slippery that when I turned the corner to go down the hall to the carpet area I slipped and fell on my back and tailbone. There was no slippery when wet sign out no cautious sign any where I took pictures and videos when I was rested enough to get up and walk down there again. I Live at Halsey Terrace Apartments and the manager Lisa and the maintenance Matt are great! Whenever I have a problem they are quick to resolve it.

I just want to give a shout out to Seth in maintenance. He's a very nice member of the staff. He's up front and courteous and did a great job.

I live in one of their complexes and there’s roaches. We’ve been dealing with it for a month and there’s no on in the office to help us with it. Don’t live here (Vine Maple). They always refer you to someone else.

I could endlessly list the problems with the property (The Maples) and the property managers (3 in 2 years). No one does what they promise, empty offers are given but never backed up. I've been struggling with a neighbor harassing me for over a year and I've gotten no help from management. Voicemail and emails go unanswered by manager and IPM. The situation with the neighbor escalated to the point of vandalism and an arrest. Too many reasons to list on why they fail to provide adequate professional services for the tenants. My mom lived in one of their units for over 5 years and they messed up constantly with billing and consistently provided sub par repairs.

Our slider door has leaked for a year and a half since installed. Window panel leaks from the framing with is bent in every corner. We have exposed re bar in our main parking area. Unlicensed and not street legal at all. Vehicles been like that for over a year. That's just one unit. Makes it difficult Don't move in to the Salem apartments

I was hoping the new manager would be better than the last. Nope worse. The top of my convertible was slashed on Sept 27 and everything was stolen out of my car. I'm sure it was a neighbor that lives here or one of their visitors because we don't have problems with our cars being vandalized in the back part of the parking lot. Worst management company in the PNW. Treats tenants like trash and does nothing benefit them.

Rented from IPM for 2 years in Portland, I was an excellent tenant, never a late payment, never a cross word with anyone, quiet, considerate, yet I was subjected to a total lack of response to domestic abuse happening in their building, unchecked long-term violent mental illness of several tenants and multiple instances of package theft inside the building. After enduring all of that, upon explaining that I would be moving out to the building manager at the end of my lease, I was given verbal acknowledgement and approval and I moved out with absolute certainty that I did everything by the book…
