David is hands down the best property manager we've had in the 34 years we have owned our property. He really is exceptional and has never let us down. David's communication is great which makes our lives stress-free as owners who live out of state--he promptly replies to emails, is professional and detailed in his responses, and proactively keeps us updated on our property. Wow, what an incredible company! They were able to help with everything I needed immediately. Huge shoutout to Jon — I believe he’s the CEO or president — because when my property manager wasn’t available to help, he was right there on the ground floor solving the problem for me. Olive Tree Property Management provides excellent service and beautiful properties. Candace Edwards was so incredibly helpful and answered all my questions on my tour, made me feel right at home, and like I was stepping into a true community. Since then I have enjoyed fun and thoughtful events that she arranged specifically to foster the family feel within the apartment community and I have loved getting to know my neighbors this way. I highly recommend any property she manages.

I don't often leave negative reviews but this is an exception. This is the worst place I have ever lived. The units themselves are fine if you can tolerate thin walls, but the rent should be considered highway robbery for what you get. The stairwells and lobby are filthy and always smell like dog pee and cigarettes. When the carpet is "cleaned" it just masks the smell. Laundry room is equally poorly maintained. Maintenance requests went ignored. Our property manager changed at least three times in the three years I lived there, and when we contacted Milestone Property Management with questions…
