Island Properties does it Right! They are extremely professional and understanding. They have Maintenance issues handled same day or next day ALWAYS! The maintenance team is Super kind , knowledgeable , respectful and very quick. The office team is hands down amazing, they are so kind and respectful and they want to make your life as easy as possible. I would rent from them for the next 100 years. The properties are well kept and are owned by Island Properties so none of that annoying third parties waiting on approval nuisance. My home was beautifully remodeled with stunning kitchen at no ext…
