Their customer service is rude and they lie. Everything they told us would happen taken over our property to manage for vacations was a lie. It was a horrific experience and if you think they talk badly about their competitor just wait until you sign up as a customer with them. They treat you just as badly as they talk ill of others. They also make a lot of promises that will never Happen. And when you go to have damages repaired they’ll nickel and dime you, you’ve been Warned. Poor service and they rarely responded to our messages I’m surprised they’re still in business

If I can give ZERO stars, I would. They don’t even deserve one star. ITrip cancelled our stay 3 days before we were supposed to go on our family beach getaway. We paid in full a month prior. Gave no reason as so why it was being cancelled. They gave us another option, but that one wouldn’t accommodate our group so we asked for a full refund. To which they stated we had to initiate the cancellation with Airbnb and it would only be a portion of the refund and that they will give us the rest. Sounds scammy doesn’t it? We needed a place to stay between our home selling and our new one being ready…this house was perfect! It was charming, well appointed, big beautiful pet friendly yard. It met our needs and exceeded them. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here at Rockaway Beach. The property is right across the street from the beach in a quaint town. The apartment looked exactly as the listing and included everything we needed. We found it to be a good value, less expensive than other beach towns nearby. The property management was very responsive and check-in/ check-out was super easy.

Literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrive, the room was dirty and smelt of mold. Unsure if it’s from the leaking sink or soggy mattress. I immediately called customer service and they informed me that they cannot move me. Understandable if nothing is available, so I asked to please refund my money so I may book another hotel- no refund policy. Go figure.

It was a fantastic stay in a beautiful home. Would love to stay there again in the future!

I rented a beach front apartment/condo in Rockaway Beach - upstairs, everything I would need for a few days, quick response to Q I had, and wonderful location with a deck. Well located, close to restaurants and easy to get out and drive up and down the coast. Plus it's close to the Oregon Scenic Railroad, which is worth the trip. A good time.

It was our first time in Bend and we loved it! The townhouse was perfectly located in the old Mill District just steps away from the river where we could walk to restaurants and shops and parks. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We took a trip to Mount bachelor and skied, which was just 25 minutes away. We can’t wait to come back!

I cannot overstate how peaceful and beautiful this property is! Our extended family stayed here for our son’s wedding nearby and couldn’t have been happier with the home or location. It’s 10 minutes from Dutch Bros, but your views are vineyards and Mt Hood. You can see the road down the hill, but there was zero noise from traffic. iTrip Northwest does not stand behind the houses that they manage. My family booked with VRBO a house in the Gresham OR area. We arrived late in the evening very tired. When we went to put our suitcases in the house, we had to kill more than a dozen spiders in the primary bedroom. Most of the spiders were on the ceiling above the bed. We would kill several spiders and leave the room and then more would appear. We then killed 5 -7 additional spiders in the surrounding rooms. My 10 year old daughter was crying because the spiders kept coming. We left the home in less than 2 hours and boo…

This home was absolutely perfect for a few families gathered for a weekend at the Coast. Beautiful, clean, well-stocked, spacious, really functional layout, comfortable beds and pillows, breathtaking views on every level, stunning natural light, right on the water, absolutely no flaws. Cozy Coastal Cabin in Rockaway was amazing. I had a wonderful, relaxing 2 night stay. Decor was perfect and comforting. The house was walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and the beach! The hot tub was a great added bonus!

We booked an incredible home that suited all our desires and then some, then 48 hours before checkin, received disappointing news that the stove wasn’t working. We had 3 options: 1) stay in it with a $100 refund (tbh, I asked about a discount and this is the amount offered if we stayed). 2) they would allow us to break the contract and get a full refund to find something elsewhere or 3) we could get into one of their available and comparable homes for what we had already paid. This house was amazing! The front yard views of the forest were just as amazing the backyard views of the vineyards. The house was immaculate and beautifully laid out with three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. We will definitely return!

I've rented a vacation house from this company several times in the last year - one for a family reunion and one for a friends' retreat. Our first time using iTrip. We booked this place last year on Airbnb but used iTrip this year. It was a great all around experience. Seamless check in process, very detailed instructions and texts were answered super fast! They were very proactive and provided all the check in info, rules, and checkout processes prior to arrival. Super friendly staff and our stay was amazing. Definitely a more intimate booking and communication process than Airbnb. We will definitely book our next accommodations through iTrip.

Oh my goodness!! This beautiful home was large enough to accommodate our party of 13 adults. We had the luxury of being able to spend a long weekend with an amazing house, beautifully decorated with handsome furniture and other up to date furnishings. We were able to enjoy the beautiful view of Oregon from every window. During our last day, it started to rain which enabled us to all sit down on those rocking chairs just soaking up the beautiful smell of rain falling. Everything outside was so green and alive. We will be back, no doubt about that.

We loved the country cottage in Newberg! It was perfect for my husband and me. We were in the heart of wine country. The cottage was cozy and clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was a very peaceful setting. We were only minutes away from downtown Newberg and could get to any of the wineries in about 15-20 minutes. Would definitely stay again!

This house and location are absolute perfection. We stayed here with a group of 9 women for our annual girls trip and we can’t get over how beautiful the house is, and even more so, how beautiful the view from the house is. The surrounding area is stunning with so many beautiful wineries! The extra amenities included in the house are so appreciated (travel toothbrushes, coffee, etc). And the communication with iTrip is fantastic! They are so easy to get ahold of via text messaging, and they check in on you throughout to make sure everything is going well. We HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

I had booked a room at another hotel and find out I wasn’t old enough to stay. I tried everywhere but they wouldn’t answer me and they were 20+ so I felt stranded. I had two operators, but Chris from their team helped me out amazingly as I was bawling my eyes out he reassured me even though I called multiple times with dumb questions. The room is not to die for but at the end of the day it is a bed and a roof over my head.

My wife and I searched for a comfortable place to enjoy a weekend away. Coral Cottage Unit #4 419 S. Anchor St. Rockaway Beach, Oregon. When we came in the cottage, it looked clean at first, but it was very small and cramped. The toilet was so close to the sink you had to sit sideways or your knees with hit. There were not enough blankets on the bed, which was extremely uncomfortable as we woke up with backaches. There’s no spring underneath the bed, It was just a mattress on boards. We stayed at The Gables at Quandary Vineyards for a girl’s trip. We have travelled together for 25 years and we all agreed that this was THE BEST home that we have ever stayed in. We have stayed at the same location in Rockaway Beach yearly for years now, and keep coming back. The house is right on the beach, and has everything we need. We've never had any issues. The owners have done a very nice of job of updating this older beach home. The owners used to use a different property management company, but now use iTrip. I was impressed by the subtle improvements this year (that I attribute to iTrip). The propane tank for the BBQ needed to be swapped out mid-stay, and they promptly delivered us a new one. We had a great stay at Timber Court. The home met every need/want. We were able to get in early so we could get out and enjoy all that Grandby Ranch has to offer. Kitchen contained everything needed to host a the party of 8 adults. I would highly recommend this property.

Casa Pacifica in Arch Cape: I was very disappointed in this beach house. Upon arriving I mopped the entire place for an hour because of sand and dirt on the tile floor. Our socks and feet were covered in dirt/sand as we walked around. The dishwasher had black mold inside of it so we never used it. Everything just felt dirty!! The lack of care in keeping this house clean and updated was very evident. Not a good place to stay.

This house we booked was perfect for our family and the views were amazing. While it was foggy some days, the cool coastal breeze was perfect to leave the windows open at night. The iTrip representatives were quick to respond to any questions or issues that arose during our stay. The house was very clean, well maintained, and on a very quiet street/area. Highly recommend booking through iTrip directly and saving fees from third party websites like Airbnb.

My parents (both in their 70s) booked one of their properties in Portland. They arrived at 6:45 pm to check in and there was a maintenance person in the home, without warning, painting the deck. It's alarming and unacceptable to have an unannounced person in the home during the hours of someone's stay (multiple hours past the check in time). This means someone could access the home during their stay at any moment, this is not something that would make a stay feel at all safe or relaxing. I booked a stay at Sea La Vie in Rockaway Beach, Oregon in June of 2025 for 2 nights, party of 6. The positive things about this property include a great location (steps away from the beach) and that the bathrooms and linens were clean. Other than that, it was a huge disappointment. Upon our arrival the lowest level smelled of smoke. The dining room chair had a garbage bag of trash hanging off of the back of it and cleaner and a cleaning pad were left on the kitchen counter. This was a wonderful family get together for our younger granddaughter's graduation from Lewis & Clark College in Portland. This home is fab! We were pleased to have 2 female geese who had made the back lawn their home from early morning to late afternoon. Everything worked well from hot water, to spa & great gas grill.

Stayed at the Ocean Rogue Inn in Rockaway Beach. Very nice place, walk to beach took about a minute on a little trail through the small sand dunes. Even though it is just off the 101, it was very quiet. The kitchen is nice for making easy meals--don't expect to cook anything too elaborate as it is limited. Living area is nice and bed is comfortable.

My son and oldest daughter flew in for our youngest daughter's final softball games and graduation from George Fox University. We found the house to be spacious and well-maintained. There were plenty of kitchen amenities to make us feel right at home. We enjoyed sitting outside and visiting together. We really enjoyed our stay at the Red Bridge Cottage in Nehalem, OR. Our original stay got cancelled due to unforeseen maintenance, but we were able to rebook at the same price out of 3 options given by iTrip. Beautiful home, every inch of the home looked brand new. It was very comfortable for 5 adults and a baby. Very peaceful area, super quiet. Very close to the beach and was perfectly outside of Cannon Beach, only 15-20 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in the Rockaway Beach units a couple of times. We love the modern decor, very clean units, easy beach access, and pet friendly accommodations. Most of all, we appreciate the prompt and courteous service.

We stayed at Roloff Farms for a wedding celebration. This is a beautiful home and property that was perfect for our family to stay at. It was near the wedding venue and had everything we needed for our stay.

We had such a fantastic time during our stay for my 40th birthday! Enjoyed the beautiful views and a quick walk to the beach. We pulled out the hide-a-bed to enjoy some movie nights, and we slept like a dream in the super comfy king-size bed. Plus, checking out was a total breeze!

Nice large new construction home in quiet neighborhood, great for families or large groups with enough room for folks to have privacy and their own space. VERY clean and beds SUPER comfortable. Only negative was the kitchen being a little under equipped for cooking meals for large groups if that's your thing. However plenty of dishes/cups/silverware to serve large groups.

This was a great experience! The house was safe, clean, and comfortable, and grounds were amazing. There is a footpath that winds throughout and lots of wildlife. We stayed at Puffin Place in Lincoln City, OR. The view was wonderful and watching the ocean from every level and hot tub was spectacular. Be prepared for stairs, the house covers four floors and the beach access is more than a few steps.. Bring your kids, the beach was a treasure trove of shell finding. We stayed in an amazing house in Gladstone Oregon for my nephews wedding. The location was perfect. iTrip Northwest was so helpful and friendly. There was a lot going on that week and they made everything simple from checking in to checking out. The house was well stocked with anything we needed which made the stay wonderful!

We stayed at the Seventh Mountain Resort outside of Bend, OR. Our unit was incredible with a short walk to all facilities. 20 minutes to the mountain, 10 minutes to Bend, can't be beat! Would 100% stay again if available next time we go!

We had a great experience staying in one of the Portland rentals near Mississippi Ave. The house has a great setup with a large kitchen, comfortable living room with large couch and love seat, nice hot tub, and fun movie/game room. Also, the house was an any walk to many shops and restaurants. The place is clean and well maintained. All logistics for check-in and checkout were clear and simple. We had no issues and the iTrip team was very responsive to any questions. Look forward to renting another iTrip property in the future.

A great little cozy spot with a short walk to the beach. A perfect place for a romantic weekend in or a fun home base for an adventure filled stay. Come back from a rainy day beach combing or enjoying one of the many local hikes and relax in the semi private hot tub of cottage 2. Just be mindful to follow the clearly laid out parking guide or it can get tight and frustrating for other guests.

This was the best lil 2 bedroom place we found nestled into Rockaway Beach! We came down to celebrate our daughters 21st bday & it was our first time here! The house was so close to the airport which was a benefit given our flight times. Had an issue with the alarm when we arrived but it was handled swiftly even given the late hour that we arrived because of our flight delay. The space was great and felt like being home. We spent a lot of time just relaxing and spending time with the family we were visiting at the house. The house was well stocked with cookware and anything we needed. (i.e., toiletries). Will definitely look to book this house again when we visit Portland again in the future to see family. Highly recommend!

Avoid iTrip Northwest – Poor Service & Zero Accountability We had an incredibly frustrating experience with iTrip Northwest while staying at a rental in White Salmon, WA during a severe winter storm. The home had major heating issues—arriving at 53°F with a broken boiler—and iTrip took 48+ hours to even send someone, who turned out to be the housekeeper, not an HVAC technician. We were forced to buy our own space heaters in freezing conditions. Beyond this, their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and slow. We stayed at a property near Fort Rock Park in Sunriver for a ling weekend. The house was very comfortable to share between two families of 4. There were a variety of places to spend time socializing and the hot tub was the cleanest l've seen at a short/term rental. When we needed a few more towels, given the size of our group, the response to our request was friendly and prompt, especially given the timing of the request was late ~11:45pm). The towels were dropped outside the front door in a bag overnight.

We had a lovely stay. There were 7 adults and a toddler. Our house was very accommodating and clean. The house had all the dishes and linens we could need. The staff were very responsive when communicating, and they checked many times to see if we needed anything. Can’t wait for our next vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at the Vine and View Bungalow in Newberg Oregon. The house was clean and cozy. It was a perfect fit for two adult couples. Located within a couple of blocks of the old part of town, we were able to walk to dinner and enjoy some of the local bars. Many of the tasting rooms were within a 15 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Oregon wine country.

We stayed in a great 5-bedroom house on the Willamette River in the Milwaukie suburb of Portland. It was comfortable with comfy king beds in all of the five bedrooms and nice walk-in showers in the two bathrooms with a well-appointed kitchen. The hot tub and BBQ grill was a nice touch! Oh and it’s a great place to watch for water fowl and other birds. Photo is of the backyard view.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The house was in terrible condition when we arrived—confetti from a poor cleaning job was left behind, the beds were broken, and a chair that was supposed to be mounted on the ceiling was lying on the ground. Despite this, the owner/agency is now trying to charge us for damages that were clearly there before we arrived. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. Avoid this property and agency at all costs!

Hard to beat the location! We stayed for one night in unit 6. The heat worked great on a cold evening and we really loved being a few steps from the beach. The unit matched the pictures and the boat was very responsive.

Super easy stay. The units in Rockaway Beach were super clean and perfectly functional with good space and is located about 100 yards from the beach. Management was super attentive and polite and allowed us to check in early with a short notice. Sand volleyball court could take some maintenance but other than we had no complaints and had a great trip!

This old house was so magical for our family! If you have imaginative children/adults, you just might find some hidden spaces. Our family of 8 and one tiny dog stayed so comfy with extra sleeping space and ample linens/towels throughout. Wonderful Accommodations - Dog Friendly! We rented this home for family overflow for our annual Thanksgiving get together. We had 3 couples, one single and 2 dogs. My group of friends stayed at an iTrip rental house in White Salmon, WA for Thanksgiving 2024 and we are already hoping to come back for Thanksgiving 2025! We booked the Aloha Villa property in Aloha, OR (near Beaverton) for a Thanksgiving family getaway. The space was perfect for all our combined families! Bedrooms and sleeping spaces were plentiful, the common living room was spacious (with a great TV & fireplace!), but the real treasure for us was the kitchen! Two ovens, great cooktop, island prep area, and new appliances (including an extra fridge in the garage!). The location was a quiet cul-de-sac that served as a great jumping-off point to the coast, Portland/Vancouver area, and more! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Terrible service! The expensive beach Condo was dirty when we arrived. Sheets were draped over the stair rail, garbage bag on floor in kitchen, floor dirty, and much more. They texted us the day of (30 min before they closed) saying that the hot tub wasn’t working and it would be unavailable for the duration of our stay. We had an absolute blast at one of there Lincoln City homes. The neighborhood was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the customer service was great. If I had a question about the home or what to do during my stay, it was very easy to find out they left wonderful guides and a detailed house guide to reference. My only note to anyone who is looking to book is if u are bringing more than three cars, be careful as the driveway is very steep. Would highly recommend.

Our visit was a surprise for my mom’s 70th birthday. We rented the house in Milwaukie on the Willamette river. We had a total of 9 people in the house and we never felt cramped or crowded. Our stay was amazing. The location is great and our view was beautiful. One of the reasons we picked this house is the king sized beds in all the rooms. Extra family room downstairs was perfect for games or "quiet" time. Spacious, but cozy house. LOVED IT! This place was NO resort . . . noisy (no sound-proofing between units), way too large bed (could hardly walk around it), no place to put toiletries, kitchen not designed well, hardly any dishes or glassware. I guess the "resort" part was a few plastic chairs scattered around outside in front of the property, which were overturned and not usable anyway because they were not under cover and were wet. We had a great experience with Under the Cedars home rented in Portland, OR. The one bedroom cottage was within walking distance of family relatives. The house was very clean and had many amenities. We had 6 people stay here and it was great for our group. The amount of bedrooms, with king beds was ideal. The space was beautiful and the hot tub was a great asset. It was walkable to restaurants and bars, and only about 15 mins from the airport so the location was convenient. The host was very responsive within minutes which was appreciated! Stayed for one night at the ocean rogue inn. iTrip Northwest made it super easy to check in and out. Place was spotless and the beds are super comfortable as well. great amenities like a volleyball area and there’s areas for a bonfire. We stayed at their place in Warrenton Oregon. After traveling all day we tried to get an early check in as we were all exhausted. We were more than happy to pay the fee to do so. Casa Pacifica in Arch Cape is the perfect oceanfront vacation home for a family! As I did enjoy the improvements that were made and the amount of space we enjoyed as a family, the cleanliness left alot to be desired. Top notch customer service, Itrip accommodated me on a last minute booking. Great customer service, I highly recommend Itrip. The cabin I stayed at in Scio was perfect, loved the easy access to the creek. The free range chickens and a cat greeted me. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. I will definitely use Itrip again.

Awful experience after my father passed away and they refused to refund any of our stay besides the housekeeping fees. They were not helpful or considerate and after I was upset at having to pay $4,000 for a stay we wouldn’t complete due to the unplanned death of a traveler. I was just shocked at how they handled it. We drove six hours to find out the home we had rented was no longer a rental property managed by iTrip Northwest. We were given both email and text message confirmations by iTrip Northwest the day before and day of our scheduled trip. When we arrived at the property the home owner was startled and upset to find someone trying to enter a key code to get into their home. They stated that they had purchased the home two months prior and that they had never rented it out but that it was the previous owners. Absolutely unacceptable experience with iTrip Vacations. We reserved (and paid a substantial deposit on) a large property in November 2023. In January, iTrip notified us that the property we reserved "was no longer available" and gave no further explanation. They did propose two substitute properties that were comparable but did not have the room/bed arrangements we needed for the size of our group. I confirmed they could change our reservation, and received a confirmation text and email. In March, I tried to review the reservation, and the second property came up as "unavailable." When …

Wow! I was there just for plumbing repairs but could see all the amenities and thought they go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great stay.

Really a wonderful house for our whole large family to enjoy from little ones to grandparents. Best Ocean View ever and a great floor plan with all vacationer needs anticipated. Will definitely go again.

This home was a perfect place for our stay. We had plenty of room, a huge backyard and a full kitchen. Also, a play garage (which we did not utilize this trip). I know what to expect and can refer family and friends to a nice home and neighborhood for a stay if needed. Great hosts too! I definitely would stay here again if multiple family was joining us.
