Key Property, which now currently owns Orchards Glen apartments is trying to illegally collect debts off of people. Let me explain. I lived at orchards Glen and moved out at the end of July 2024. I made sure that all of my forwarding information was emailed to the landlord. At that time they have my phone number. They have my address. All of the information. I also at that same time made sure I was signed up with the USPS service that sends you emails of what's coming through the mail daily so that I missed nothing that I was going to get from Orchards Glen if there was any collections necess…

They run Van Vista Assisted Living who always have their elevators broken down and there are 90+ residents who are in wheelchairs and power scooters with no way to escape if there were a fire. The apts have mold in them too. Homeless people come into the bldg and take showers, use our laundry facilities and make it a unsafe building. This place should be shut down.

ADA violation at Fishers Mills on April 7th 2026. Tracy from the office has been teasing my disabled father and then let herself into his apartment as soon as he was out of town. I tried talking to the apartments about this invasion but Judith just tried to tell me it didn't happen even though she was not there. It is a gross way to treat people.

Nothing but good things with this company. They have been more than helpful with anything I've needed and been very upfront with any situation explaining to me exactly how it will work without beating around the bush. They are very nice and polite while making sure I get assistance with whatever they are able to help me with. I have to reiterate I love that they will talk to me upfront and tell me how it is. Fast and friendly service, had a leak after hours and the gentleman on the phone had someone there in short order for the repair. Can’t ask for much better service

Camas Ridge Apartments: Key Property Services, Inc. is an extremely poorly managed company with constant turnover in the leasing office and little to no accountability. My grandmother has lived at this property for several years in an income-restricted community. Her income has decreased over time, yet her rent has continued to increase. She has been on a waiting list for a lower-income affordable unit for years, only to be repeatedly passed over while newer residents move in and are transferred into the very unit type she has been waiting for. I live in a low-cost duplexes. The management company that was here before I kept telling them about mold and my kitchen. Key management took care of the situation, but left me 20 days without a working kitchen. And they wouldn’t compensate for the days lost on the rent during that time I had to buy food from different establishments that was hot so we could eat it food because there was no way to cook in my kitchen. It was ridiculous. My husband had broke his back prior to that and I had surgery during that time so now I’m being kicked out because I didn’t keep up to making the payment paymen…

It’s unfortunate that the first Street apartments management team is not willing to listen to their residence about appliances that have gone bad. Bottom line is I’m a disabled vulnerable adult, and we all deserve whether we’re low income or not to be heard and to have the problems resolved in a timely manner.

Key Property Management leadership does not seem interested in listening to us, the low-income residents. It feels like they only care about collecting rent, not about addressing our concerns. Their website claims, “We care about our residents,” but in reality, they don’t respond to our concerns or reply to our emails. We simply want to be heard and supported. We’re not asking for much—just for leadership to take the time to listen and help us when we need it.

I was in need of housing, I applied, their screening agents shot me down, I appealed and berthas place, forced me into key properties cascara apts, told me "you have to accept any housing offered to you". I have a $2000, choice housing voucher, next key property's granted my appeal and told me I could move in that day, so I did. Later to find out my spouse wasn't added to my lease, nor did they follow VHA rules, no inspection, etc etc. when my spouse applied, she was shot down. Right now I'm giving them 1 star. Brand new Management in my complex. First they are here for two days and they towed my car that had a valid parking permit.!!! Yes my tags were expired. However only because I had gotten run over by a pickup up truck while a pedestrian. The other 2 management companies knew what was going on. I mean who does this. I'm retired and on disability. Today, I did something incredibly dumb. I accidentally left my garage door opener, apartment keys, and car keys inside the garage and closed the door using the wall button. I felt like such a dummy! Thankfully, I had my phone in my pocket. Since I don't have an attached garage, I had no way of getting inside without the remote. I called the maintenance emergency number and explained the situation. Surprisingly, it only took about 40 minutes for them to send a kind young man to help me out. I've been renting here for over a year and a half and my lease is ending and thank goodness. I live over at I street town homes and it is a nightmare here. The electric socket in the garage went out and I lost 2 freezers full of meat(about $1000 worth maybe more). Same happened to our neighbor. Plus it looks like my renters insurance may not cover it. Had a resident of Multnomah manor,one of key properties apartment complexes, pull a gun on me and try to force his way with the gun into my girlfriends apartment and from the Portland police all the way to key properties we were shut down. The property manager tells my girl that due to a bush the security cameras were not able to pick up anything,from 4 different cameras, nothing. So I do not recommend anybody to rent or even visit these properties due to the lack of proper security. Seems as if they don't care what happens on the properties until the worst happens. Key Property Services really cares about everyone they come in contact with! They are professional, warm, and extremely helpful. As someone who has lived at multiple properties managed by them, I would definitely recommend you do the same!

All they want is your money.. you are nothing but dollar signs to this place. I had a great experience at the place I was renting until this company took over. No humanity in these people..
