You cannot run these Portland properties with a weak management company. When Liberty took over ours after months of turnover chaos and bad management they IMMEDIATELY set about property rehabilitation and established order. I felt safer and more comfortable than I had in the years spent living there. These guys have the experience and put the work into making community happen. Keep it up!!
I do really love my apartment. And so far I have not had any issues with any of the office folks. The reason for my less than stellar rating is the landscaping upkeep. I work late and I was at my hospital job until 4am. It's currently 8am and there's a hedge right outside my bedroom (that I obviously have no control over) and the landscaping company they partner with is using extremely loud machinery (which is totally normal) literally 10 feet away from my bed. This happens weekly and as someone who struggles with sleep and works late hours I brought this up to the office, and while they were …
