I had a wonderful experience renting from Little Beirut Properties. Living at Finer Court was incredibly meaningful to me, and I truly loved my time here. John and Alex go above and beyond to help out residents. The property is well cared for and feels like a special, peaceful oasis in the middle of a bustling little city. I would gladly rent from Little Beirut again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thoughtful and supportive property management team and a cute apartment!

I have been a resident with Little Beirut Properties for just over three years. They are easily the best property management company I have ever rented from. They are always quick to respond to any issues in the apartments or the surrounding property. And they work hard to keep the properties in great condition at all times. The employees at Little Beirut are pleasant and helpful and really seem to enjoy their jobs. All around this had been a great living experience for me. I would recommend them to anyone!

I rented a commercial storefront from LBP for over 6 years (Upcycles bike shop) and had a great experience overall. They went above and beyond to help me get the space set up, and were always friendly, helpful, and responsive. I really lucked out finding such a great space at a reasonable price, in this wonderful, vibrant neighborhood. Highly recommended!
