I've been really impressed with the Living Room Property Management team, especially Misty Ward and Jennifer O'Brien. They are quick to respond, very professional, and I feel very comfortable knowing they are taking great care of my rentals and tenants.

I have worked with this property management company for over 10 years and they have been very professional, communicative and efficient. My family has a small rental unit that we have managed by Living Room across town. We usually like to manage everything ourselves, but it's been wonderful letting professionals take care of all the important details for us. Flo has been especially responsive with answering all of our questions and keeping us informed of things. Living Room has been great for this newbie rental owner. They are expert at compliance with the complicated and onerous city, state and federal laws. Also, maintenance technician Tracy does outstanding work. Did a great job on recent replacement of stove exhaust hood.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Living room property management does not know what they are doing and the maintenance team is a joke. They caused more problems than fixes. If the "team" knows you are unhappy they avoid you or your tenants. Since changing property management companies we really see how terrible LRPM was. Money down the drain monthly, poor communication, shoddy work, no follow through, and no accountability.

Coty Thurman has built and incredible company that put our minds at ease as we were living abroad and renting out our Portland home. Coty herself went ABOVE and beyond when our tenants gave notice and we had to quickly turn our house around for selling. Thank you Coty and Team!

As far as property management companies go, as a renter, we've been very pleased with Living room. They don't micromanage you and at the same time they are quick to respond when you need assistance. We've been at our current spot for 3 years and Amber Bernard was always fast to help with maintenence. Now that we're moving Flo Posadas has gone out of her way to make the move to another Living Room property seamless. If you're looking for a spot to rent these people are legit and seemingly help you as the renter as much as they do the property owners. .

Most unhelpful property management I've ever encountered. They do nothing to maintain any of the common areas of the properties, the laundry room is infested with bugs and disgusting, and their "emergency maintenance" is run by a pathetic AI, because they are apparently too lazy to hire a real human being that can respond to matters promptly. The property managers here leave the lease vague to try and get you to pay for things that are not tenant responsibility under Oregon law, so be aware of your tenant rights. Warning to renters: Living Room was recently voted “Best Real Estate Company,” but our experience was the exact opposite of what that title suggests. We were approved for a unit in North Portland, only to find it in shockingly poor condition compared to the bright, clean photos they used to advertise it. The unit had discoloration on the floors and baseboards, signs of water damage, foundation cracks, and areas that looked like possible mold growth — none of which were shown or disclosed. Rented a home with living room as the property management company. I have nothing but good things to say - I'd definitely rent another home if they were the property management company. After several years as a tenant with LR as property management I think the biggest room at living room is the room for improvement. Their communication is so poor it borders on insulting. It’s an art form to avoid accountability and sound professional at the same time. They think they are very good at this. Very impressed with the senior management at Living Room. April is responsive, understanding, and swift in her actions. Living room is a business that cares about their reputation and will uphold that to the highest degree. Their system is easy to use, they are easy to contact, and from a renter’s point of view, I couldn’t ask for more.

Living Room as a whole has been a fantastic property management group. Super responsive and incredibly easy to work with.
