Chris Boyd was very helpful. I asked him several questions about my son’s apartment and he had an answer for everything. He made it very seamless and easy .

Longstreet got back to me pretty quickly and I got my 1099 on my rental ASAP via email. Liz, who oversees my rental, called and made sure everything was good. That was nice of her, and her bubbly personality gave me cheer as I was stressed as hell getting my taxes done. Longstreet is the right choice for property management

Considering we moved from one corner of the country to this corner, site unseen, I am really pleased with these guys. Mauricio was our main point of communication, and on it, which was comforting while we were thousands of miles away. LongStreet has been managing our property for 8 months now and we are very happy with the service they offer. They rented our home quickly to good tenants, are attentive to needed repairs, highly communicative and thorough with home inspections. Sunday late evening. Water leaking into tenant ceiling. Tenant called Longstreet line. Brandon calls to say he is on his way. Checks every unit above tenants unit until he finds leak. Very professional, friendly and polite with tenants in every unit. Temporarily fixes leak and ensures plumbers schedule to arrive next day. Very impressed. Could not have asked for better response. On Sunday late evening too

Working with Stepan and Erica has been a wonderful experience. It was our first time using a property manager and they really helped guide us through the process. Always willing to answer any questions or solve any problems we had. Very professional and always available I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service and nothing but positive experience throughout. From our initial contact and contract with Stepan, through coordinating activities with Ondrej, and recently with Erica Wheelon who did a fantastic job securing new tenants within a very short time. We had no issues at all and only positive experiences with our previous tenants and after they moved out of state, Erica and the Longstreet PM team made sure that after only a few short weeks of vacancy, the new tenants are already moving in. I 100% recommend the Longstreet PM team for property management services!

It's hard to imagine a more thorough, professional, and responsive property management company. They are great at finding tenants, they are great at keeping tenants happy, they are great at managing property - we had a 100% drama-free, hands-off experience when we put our home up for lease, and we could completely trust them to just make it all work. That's not something you can say that often these days.

When we were researching property managers for our duplex, LongStreet immediately stood out as a top choice. They didn't give us the runaround or make us wait for a return call. Mauricio Gonzales contacted us to say our application was approved and that a future tenant ahead of us had withdrawn. From then on he kept us apprised of deadlines for fees, of documents that needed to be submitted, and of maintenance delays. Now that my son has moved in, we're pleased to say we couldn't have managed everything without his help. He's a valuable employee of LongStreet Property Management.

This company claims to have taken over my property a week ago and I still have yet to receive something physically in writing proving they are legitimate and I am obligated to pay them. All of their digital correspondence might as well be AI as it's wordy and unprofessional, requiring me to sign up for multiple portals when I don't even know who they are and no one has shown their face on the property to introduce themselves and it's now the 3rd of the month. Really missing the mark here, Stepan.

Came over to fix the shower in less than 24hrs after I requested help. Brandon was great he knew what to do and fixed it quick. Thank you Brandon. And thank you to Mia as well for helping set up the appointment.

Moving in was easy to get into contact with them and they made it extremely stress free. However once we have moved in we have had issues and it is impossible to get into contact with anyone, the phone number u call is an automated AI bot that does not help u contact a representative and is overall very frustrating. The phone number to text does not respond anymore.

I was a renter for 5 years. It was awful. And today they returned $171 of my 1200 deposite. They made blatantly fraudulent deductions such as carpet cleaning when there were no carpets anywhere in my apartment. It took one year and a complaint directly to city council to get them to replace my broken heater and they left a 3 foot wide hole floor to cieling in the wall where the old unit was removed and deducted 450 for drywall repairs from my deposite. This company will raise your rent every year and never put any improvements into the property. They will overcharge you for utilities and you w…

Sebastian came over to fix a couple of things. He was very nice and patient. He worked hard to problem-solve and fix a confusing problem with a closet door.

I just moved out and needed to get my mail. Ivan and Sebastian made it possible from me to get my mail that was there for more than a month. They’re very kind and helpful. The new property managements from Quail court apartments are definitely better than the ones before them huge upgrade.

Mauricio was my leasing agent, there was constant communication from him. Whenever I needed something done, he would respond within the same day, and was always making sure I was taken care of. He also got me into my place sooner than I needed, which was a fault on my end for entering incorrect dates. I would highly recommend working with him if you get a chance, he’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.

Maintenance workers are very helpful and have great attitudes

Jason and his trainee kalyeb came out to get water filter change due to hot water pressure being super low. They were here between 9-10am and took them both a quick 20min for what may be this issue. Very much appreciated Jason coming out and getting everything done quick and was extremely friendly.

Peter Corvi was the one who came out to help us find out what was wrong with our outlets and he fixed them all very quickly!

Jason Johnson did a great job with our maintenance requests. Our request was technically just for a paint bubble, but we let him know of our other concerns with the house and he fixed 2 out of 3 of them promptly. We’ll be putting in another request to finish up the last one. Overall, pleased with the maintenance system.

We love Longstreet! Any time we have an issue we can reach someone and they promptly ensure our needs are met or exceeded. Peter and Ivan from maintenance are fantastic. We had an outside faucet break and it was just spewing water. They came out and got it fixed within an hour. 10/10 would recommend.

In relation to the other bad review written by Rebeka. The time, care, and consideration were not present in the exectution of making everyone move out of the house. There seemed to be a distinct lack of human empathy or kindness for the trauma that was being caused to their tenants, who were forced to move quite quickly. The act of moving with no input or autonomy on how the move takes place is traumatic. Especially with the unstable/expensive housing market and the very real fear of being houseless. Customer service is very responsive and personable! I called during my lunch break and was initially concerned that I wouldn't be able to pay before my break was over, but Jaime helped me get my issued resolved and also showed me where to upload insurance. I ended up with enough time to finish my lunch. Great and friendly customer service!

Moving is always a busy time, Longstreet made it easy and kept in good communication throughout the process. They even set me up to view an apartment on the weekend outside of their regular business hours. Chris Boyd, my leasing agent was great. We’ve been living at one of the Longstreet properties for about 6ish months and just had our first inspection. Bob was super cool and friendly, explained what he was doing the whole time, and was done pretty quick. Overall good experience, we’ve always liked the property, never had any major issues that couldn’t be solved quickly and easily. Edit to add: 11 Dec 2025 we had our second bi-annual inspection. I used to live in a nice duplex in sellwood for over 5 years happily. Then this company took over the lease and kicked me out on the streets. They wanted to renovate it so they could rent it out for $1,000 more a month then what is currently paying. In the process of me being kicked out he told me he wasn't reachable because he had more vacations to attend to. So TERRIBLE HUMAN. Not invested in people, definitely here for the money. Avoid Longstreet Property Management at all costs. They are lazy, unresponsive, and show a complete lack of professionalism. Basic maintenance requests are ignored or endlessly delayed, and any attempt to communicate with them is met with silence or vague excuses. When I called to figure out what was going on, they were just as surprised as me. So unprofessional. I'm so glad I don't rent from them anymore.

He repaired the valve necessary and all other required parts, and got our toilet flushing properly again. ivan is an absolute gem. i’ve had some issues in my home that have needed fixed, and i’ve felt like i’m constantly complaining 🫣 but hes never made me feel that way and he’s always helpful. whatever you’re paying him, pay him more.

Came in when I wasn't home, no mess or any kind of sign that someone was there. Everything works great now.

This company demanded I pay a pet deposit electronically even though I had an ESA letter, however since the ESA letter was approved in early February they have yet to refund me my $300. They claim they have sent several checks but I have not recieved any. They refuse to refund electronically. They also told me an electric bill of 300-400 is normal and to expect to pay that much each month which is absurd. I’ve lived in Portland over a year and have never payed that much in utilities

This company has been a nightmare to work with overall but they had a great maintenance tech named Brandon come and finish our toilet installation recently and he was great. If I could give this specific employee a 5 star review and the company overall a 0 I would, on the property management side and coordinating with them side Longstreet has been atrocious but they’ve got a couple specific maintenance employees like Brandon who do good work.

In my experience as a current tenant, Longstreet is a pretty solid property management company. Lance is dependable, fair, communicative, and always helpful. I've rented from Longstreet at two different properties for three years combined since 2020. Maintenance requests have always been easy to submit, even after they transitioned to a new system, and follow-up is pretty quick. All the maintenance staff I've met have been friendly and done a good job. I also got most of my deposit back when I moved out of the first property!

Overall, my household and I have had mostly good interactions with LongStreet Property Management. When I mentioned that the heater had been repaired but stopped working soon after, he made the proactive decision to replace it completely. We had an issue with our bathtub not draining and they had a guy named Jason come by 3 days after we contacted property management and he got the bathtub draining perfectly (we had already tried fixing it with a drain snake on our own). We also had a tiny bit of mold in the caulking of one of our showers, which we weren’t even really concerned about but had pointed out at our inspection and he tore it all out and re caulked it with no mess in like 5 minutes. All around super chill guy too and his hands were giant he’d be great at armwrestling lol

We have been in our apartment for about 15 years now. We are aware things ebb and flow, however, the last couple years have been hard. When we saw that the owner was hiring Long Street Property Management for our apartments we were unsure how it might turn out. We are sure now that this is the best thing we've had happen here. We recently moved into a home that is managed by LongStreet. I have been pleasantly surprised by our experience with them. I have rented properties from multiple management companies and no other company has ever been as responsive, efficient, and friendly to tenants.

I wouldn’t rent through this company again. At the end of my lease they raised the rent the maximum amount they legally could. They never answer the phone or call you back. I got locked out of my apartment one night because my keys just wouldn’t work. I tried to call emergency maintenance and it just went to the office phone. There is no emergency maintenance. I ended up spending close to $200 to have a locksmith come out and let me in.
