Bryan and Gracie of Lux Property Management have taken care of our short term and month to month rentals for almost 2 years and we could not be happier. Their team is organized, tidy and supportive. Our guests give us top reviews, which is the best performance measure.

I have been working with Bryan and his team at Lux for over a year now to manage my Airbnb. They are easy to work with and very responsive. They bring concerns to me right away and always respond to me quickly with a solution or plan. They communicate well with guests and I always have great guest ratings and feedback around an easy stay!

We have had 3 consecutive managers during the 9 years we have rented our ADU on Airbnb. Our current manager, Lux Property Management, is BY FAR the best, most competent, and easiest to work with. Bryan has helped us through several emergencies, large and small, and is proactive on maintenance. The Lux cleaning team does a great job and Bryan's communication -- with us and with guests -- is excellent. We were VERY fortunate to have found Lux after our last manager suddenly went out of business and left us hanging.

We have worked with LUX for over two years for our properties. LUX expeditiously re-launched our short-term process and made great strides to help us achieve and maintain the highest rated short-term rental in our entire neighborhood.

Before moving to Portland, we needed to find a house to rent quickly. Lux Property Management was fantastic to work with! Communication was always clear and quick, with strong leadership ready to answer questions. The online platforms were modern and easy to use. They reacted right away to the small issues that came up and solved them quickly. Expectations were laid out clearly, so there were no surprises. The property itself was very well appointed, fully furnished, and 100% ready to move into -- everything was in place and well thought out. If I'm looking for another furnished rental in Portland, Lux will be the first place I check.

I've been renting from LPM since 2021 and have lived in 3 different properties they manage. Bryan addresses concerns thoroughly and answers questions extremely quickly. He has been very flexible with my inquiries and he keeps transparency by following through with our agreements, so I KNOW I can rely on him. I have always been on the loop with things like maintenance or works in the property and he is an excellent mediator between me and the property owner. Overall, he has cultivated a good working relationship and I think of him as an example of professionalism.

Rarely do I leave bad reviews as my goal isn't to hurt businesses. However, my experience with this company was egregious from the start and I feel it is my duty to warn others from being poorly treated and scammed like I was. I met Bryan for a tour of one of their properties and he arrived 30 minutes late without so much as an apology. In my search for a rental, I mentioned that I was recovering from a serious injury and that I was sensitive to noise. Bryan neglected to tell me the house I rented was directly under a flight path.
