Lived at Tabor East for just over a year and really enjoyed it. The unit was rented for a reasonable price and well maintained. The management team was wonderful. Really responsive to requests and concerns. Onsite laundry was nice and really reasonable compared to many other apartment complexes in the area.

Lived here in a two bedroom for a little over two years. Always felt like I was comfortable, treated fairly, and that rent was reasonably priced. Of the two years I lived here, about a year of that time was on a month to month lease but despite that, rent was only raised once and only by $40. Repairs were always responded to and completed in a reasonable time frame. When we moved out, I felt like the amount of the deposit returned to me was fair. My only negatives about this place are: - Repairs to outside can take a long time. When I moved in they were in the process of fixing two sets …

I lived in a 1BR apartment for 13 years. When Metro4Rent purchased the property several years ago, the transition was fairly seamless. In my experience, they were very responsive and prompt with any issues I had. The staff was friendly and respected my privacy which was appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone.

I always had a speedy response to any concerns or repair issues. My rent only increased a total of $160 in over 8 years and was very affordable compared to other options, especially in the neighborhood I was in. Paying by Zelle through my bank was secure and convenient. The property was always kept up pretty well. I would recommend them to any friend looking for a clean safe place to rent.

They took pretty good care of the interior of this vintage complex at Tabor East. The exterior cement steps needed upgrading however. Notes on kitchen- no garbage disposal and smaller than standard oven. Hot in summer, felt hot air coming in from bathroom fan. Very nice on-site management. Like being near Mt Tabor.

Amazing property in an awesome location with a fantastic management team! We loved living here and had we not needed to be closer to work, we would have stayed longer. Perfect location, apartment is cute and decently sized, and management team was always quick to respond to our requests. They helped us get moved out to Portland, couldn’t thank the Bridgecrest team enough!

My apartment was reasonably priced. There was a window in the kitchen and a (very loud) fan in the bathroom and I never saw mold, but I also didn’t live there in the heart of winter and the general feel of the place (dirty exterior, staircases falling apart) is one of a place that gets mold problems in the winter. The landlord scheduled maintenance promptly and communicated clearly regarding maintenance things, though they didn’t always address root causes (my upstairs neighbor’s bathroom leaked into mine again a month after they worked on the issue). I had such a great experience with Metro4Rent. My financial situation changed so, unfortunately, I had to move. They are so kind and were very understanding. Best this of all is how fair & reasonable they are with their rules and pricing. Everyone else will charge you a few hundred for parking or for having a pet but Metro4Rent is very reasonable with their fees/pet rent. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for everything!
