They say I owe over $9000. I've sent in canceled checks to prove I paid rent and they're still trying to collect. Idiots

Of the 2 and a new 3rd property managers that we have had it has been amazing. Thank you for keeping the grounds looking spectacular and for the help and assistance my wife and I have asked for with our questions.

Colima Apartments are very nice. My daughter and her family just moved in. It has vaulted ceilings, marble counters, spacious bedrooms and the outside is lit up nice and bright at nighttime. I love the flooring, very nice and how they have air conditioning too! The price is more reasonable than other places. She has 3 bedroom, 2 bath and it is nice open plan. I also like the dark red exterior paint. Something you don't see alot of.

The manager is inexperienced,combative and unprofessional. I have been waiting to transfer to a different unit because of the unlovable conditions in my unit due to the food carts and bar.Emma offered me the transfer after listening and seeing the pictures and vidioe od the situation. I was supposed to have been moved atleast two weeks ago but do to Grace saying "this is my first transfer and I am not sure how it is done"I am still sitting here on June 30th.A month after the offer was presented to me.The parking is still a mess,the kids on bikes and scooters on the sidewalks is becoming danger…

I have lived at Misty Firs for 12 years, and they have worked with me during the ups and downs throughout the years. They always keep the grounds looking nice; making some upgrades this past year. The complex itself is older, but they are making upgrads to the building and apartments as individuals move out. It's a pretty quiet complex; only a few children, which I enjoy hearing play after school and on weekends. The manager is very professional and will go out of her way to accommodate most your needs.

Great experience here, trying to get my brother approved to move in as well! The managers friendly and easy to talk to and maintenance issues are fixed promptly.

It’s really nice. Super quiet, and I love that first full month of rent is free. And it was very easy working with the property manager when we were moving in and doing paperwork etc. love it

I’ve been living in these apartments for five years, and there have been many different managers—each one worse than the last. For over a year, I’ve been asking for pest control services, as people who were living on the streets moved into the apartments during the pandemic. I’ve also filed numerous reports asking for repairs to the bathroom exhaust fan and the outlets that no longer work. Been living here for about 7mins he so far and I have no complaints. Site is always clean, I never worry about theft, or my car being stolen. Property management is responsive and does well in Communicating. Would definitely recommend my apartment complex.

I had no problem with getting my circuit issues taken care of in a very short time. The electrician was polite and respectful of my needs and my space. I appreciate that here at Veri we are respected and we do matter.

They took over management of our business complex and it has been nothing short of a disaster. We’ve had multiple work orders going back a year now and no one will come to help us. We send emails and call and no one will respond to us. Unless you are a super high-end client, they won’t give you the time of day. They are too big to care, and are a blight on our region. Avoid any property managed by N&S at all costs.

Renting from Norris & Stevens has been a very pleasant experience. Management keeps me well informed about any changes that might be occuring in my complex. They are easy to work with and I appreciate renting from them!

I moved to Carlton Square Apartments in July 2025, and it’s been a great experience. The apartment itself is spacious, the grounds are well‑kept, and the whole property always feels clean and inviting. The staff is incredibly responsive—on the rare occasion something comes up, it’s resolved so quickly I’ve never even needed to follow up. The property manager is personable, friendly, and genuinely cares about the community. I truly enjoy living here.

I reside at Willamette Terrace Apartments. I wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional staff, including Traci, Fidell, Lorena, and Olivia, who consistently demonstrate a warm and helpful demeanor. They go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of all residents, promptly addressing any issues that may arise. Their dedication and kindness are truly commendable, and their presence makes this community a better place. If more individuals possessed their qualities, the world would undoubtedly be a more pleasant place.

I enjoy living here at Birch Court been here about 8 months now I'm looking forward to many many more months and years.

The complex grounds are kept so nice looking, even in the winter months. The management staff are very nice and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and plenty big for me to reside with all of my stuff. It is a very safe and quiet complex.

Wretched apartment. No matter how clean my apartment is, how much I scrub, food never being left out– the ants are still everywhere. They’re in the ceiling, and were making the fire alarm go off in my apartment, so maintenance just removed two of the alarms over a year ago and never replaced them. I’m pretty certain they live in the walls, because they crawl around the molding and can even be found in the shower, climbing out from the narrow space where the shower head meets the wall. Lived here about a year now. We had some issues at the beginning but honestly it’s getting a lot better. Complex managers are nice and it’s a fairly quiet area. Love hearing the ducks in the morning

We have lived at Riverview Apartments for 3 years, so far. The price is less than what we found for the same amount of room in other apt complexes. The maintenance is responsive, most of the time. It's a good location, it feels like suburbia, but its close to everything and downtown Milwaukie is only a walkable mile away. It's relatively quiet here, and we don't see a lot of homeless folks. We like living here. We enjoy our Greenspace, though we wish management would plant more flowers or bushes that flower and are not prickly or poisonous to pets. So many perennials grow well here, in Oregon…

It’s not a bad place to live right next to weremart don’t even need to drive. The neighbors keep to themselves and they’re nice. Only issue is they are slow at fixing things we moved in with holes in doors and walls. But luckily the important things work.

The appliances are extremely outdated and hardly working, the laundry room machines are almost always not working and always filthy, and the property manager is difficult to communicate with.

overall the complex is fine and we enjoy living there, however i would say there is a lack of communication on management’s/the landlord’s part. have called the office with questions, no answer. have gone to the office in person during regular business hours, no one is there. texted landlord and gotten replies sometimes but ignored others. there was a time when our unit flooded and while trying to get support we were informed our landlord had changed and we were unsure who to contact and we felt our concerns not taken seriously. overall fine place to live, just wish there was more communicatio…

Concerns About Rent Communication Dear Norris and Stevens, I want to express that I don’t mind paying my rent; in fact, I appreciate the responsibility. However, it’s disheartening to feel constantly pressured and harassed about not making my payment on time. While I understand that I supposedly have until the 5th, the tone of the emails and texts I receive makes me feel as though I am already in arrears, simply for not having the rent submitted by the 1st. Spacious

I’ve lived here for 22 yrs. That should speak to the quality of the positive experience. Some examples of quality of living here is the maintenance of the complex. When a request for maintenance is submitted it generally takes a week or less for it to be completed. The grounds are kept quite clean. Each apartment has a covered parking space and plenty of guest parking. They have a seasonal swimming pool as well as an on site gym. There are storage units.

Very satisfied with the neighborhood, staff and apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean. The area is very nice and peaceful. My wife and I are able to enjoy walks without any concern's. Both the Manager and Assistant Manager are super nice, always easy to talk to. We enjoy just stopping by the office for a friendly chat. We're very impressed with how prompt they are in answering any questions or concerns. Great Team!!!

Me and my family are new to complex. Few issues since we moved in.Down stairs neighbors have no respect for other tenants .SLAMMING DOORS ,LOUD MUSIC AND HAVE MULTIBLE BROKEN DOWN CARS TAKING UP GUEST PARKING AND NON REGISTERED VEHICLE!! Great place to live. Great location, Apartments are really nice inside. Also the on-site staff is really great to have, they are very responsive anytime you need anything. Also I have a dog and there are so many wonderful walking trails to the neighborhoods and parks around here.

I think it’s okay but there’s some electricity issues with the apartment. I have three plug-ins. 1 of my plug-ins don’t have power thee other 1 works but when I plug something & when taken out it powers everything off. my window doesn’t lock & has open air way can feel the breeze at night have to leave the heater on for bit.

Excellent manager she's extremely efficient and works well in.getting things donen if you need repairs etc. She's also very very kind empathetic towards our community. She's fantastic.

Fox Hallow is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! Clean, dog poop pick up stations, quiet, attentive staff, management, and maintenance; and the residential community is friendly :) I say everyday walking to the front door “oh I love our house” - cause by golly, I do <3 I give all stars, recommendations, and hope to have family eventually join our little community!

We love it at Fox Hollow! Everyone’s really friendly and the facilities are very well taken care of. If we need anything, everyone in the office is so ready and willing to help!

Nice quiet area to live. Property is always neat and landscaped and the property managers are very kind.

Me and my family were enjoying living here Nice apartment is very cleanly very friendly, but they do have their downsides. The parking space is kind of get a little cramped. And their disabled parking is very sparse so my recommendation for future apartments if they do build more a little bit more legroom for the parking spots and may be more disabled parking if feasible for future reference but other than that, it’s great. It’s fantastic.

I’ve lived at Condon Court for over 12 years, and the decision to hire tenants as on-site managers has clearly been a mistake. The lack of professionalism and consistency is evident. Pet policies were never enforced here for over a decade, yet I was suddenly told I would be charged pet rent mid-lease without notice or a signed addendum. This kind of reactive, inconsistent enforcement creates confusion and undermines trust. Additionally, when I attempted to sign a lease, there were months of delay from management in providing it. Gotta stay on top of the account department. They are all over the place. If you catch any errors on their part make sure you don't pay any late fees let them know they are responsible.

I’ve been living here for almost 17 years. It’s always been very reasonable rent wise. As of late rent has been going up on the yearly renewal which I get 100% on why. But the place is old, worn down and if anything it would be really nice if we could get maybe offered new carpet. The carpet that is currently in has been here since right before we moved in 2010. I would like to take a moment to thank our new manager. She has addressed and fixed all the issues we had. We have had many managers come and go, and unfortunately, they did not last or take care of our maintenance concerns. Ana has been very kind, and I am truly amazed that she is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She fixed my garbage disposal and my toilet, and she even hung a blind in my room. I was really impressed with her skills. I have not seen any other manager here at Taybin who is this efficient. Thank you.

I just moved in recently but so far I love it! The staff is very welcoming and answered all my questions and have been very helpful. I moved in from a bad place so this place seems like paradise lol. I feel safe, it’s quiet at night so I actually get my full hours of sleep! The view is beautiful from my patio and I feel at peace. It’s convenient to get to any location you need and it’s quick so that’s also a plus. I hope it continues to stay this way and am looking forward to living here!

Very Happy with Apt Manager and Maintenance people. My oven stopped working the week before Christmas. It was repaired within 3 days. (Maybe 2 ). The apt manager even made a follow up call to see if we were satisfied with the work done. Very Happy!

Hasks ridge in salem is a Great place to live, the place is nice, the gym is good and it has a pool, the only down side I see so far is that if something is wrong with the appliances they only do maintenance requests on Tuesdays, so you have to wait until that day to get it fixed.

Beautiful apartments, friendly neighbors even when they're working out and dropping weights at 11pm. Always clean, a fixed water and trash bill is a delight.

I love it here. I lived here from 2018 -2020. Moved to a house but then moved back in August 2025. The staff is wonderful and I love my apartment. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for an apartment

I rented a unit managed by Norris & Stevens that was later cited by the City of Portland for mold, water intrusion, and structural issues. Despite multiple inspections and written requests for months, management’s response was limited to surface-level cleaning and patching, without addressing the underlying sources of moisture. I appreciate how quiet and well ran these apartments are. If you have a maintenance issue it is taken care of immediately. The property is clean and well maintained. Very responsive management!!

The staff here has only ever been great. However the rent is to high for a complex with virtually 0 amenities. We dont have a pool or a gym and I know thats not the landlords fault its the owners. Do better Norris and Stevens.

Since Ana has been here at Taybin Terrace she has been truly exceptional. The positive changes in our community were noticeable almost immediately—it’s now much cleaner overall more pleasant to live in. Too many neglected barking dogs. Rent is way too high considering there are no amenities. They are very kind about pets. Horrible backyard and no maintenance for weeds. Manager and maintenance very helpful .

Really enjoyed living at Stonebriar! The pool during the summer is great, the gym is never busy and the rec room has been used for multiple gatherings! Maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful. Feels safe and quiet.

Recently moved into their south waterfront property and I LOVE it. Sydney, Cody, and Jasmine are incredible! They are so friendly and do such a good job at keeping the property neat and tidy!

For the most part it’s good. But the biggest and most frustrating thing is PARKING. I have 3 kids who drive and we drive, that makes 5 cars plus we aren’t allowed to park on the road in the complex. It’s not a main road in the city. Plus when we have guests they have no room to park, which makes us not want to have friends n family over cause we can’t. Need more parking.

I have been living at Tabor Pointe apartments for over 5 years now, I have had a pleasant experience with Norris & Stevens property management. And our on site property manager Chase is great at his job, easy to reach and very helpful when maintenance requests need to be met.

Management has been great! Heidi is prompt and always helpful. Quality of the homes aren’t worth the price. We were told there was no grass for maintenance reasons but we’ve had crazy weeds that we’ve had to take care of. Doors fall off hinges easily (including the front door!) and we’ve had more maintenance requests than I would like.

I have lived here for about 2ish years now and have loved every moment of it. Ali is one of the best property managers and Norris & Stevens is lucky to have her, along with Chad whom has always been fast and efficient when I’ve needed maintenance help.

Manager is respectful and always there when I lock myself out! Also quiet at night and mostly during the day-time except the occasional leaf blower or delivery truck. Very nice atmosphere and the neighbors are respectful, don’t litter, and most importantly: Very few late night parties! I feel safe having my son here. Excellent maintenance service and lots of close stores, bars, restaurants, and nature walks close by. A perfect 10, but I can only give 5 stars.

So far no complaints. They handle everything promptly. There have been some upgrades at the apartment complex so grateful for that. Gave it a 4 star only cuz the rent is a little higher than other places with similar amenities or more. But overall I'm satisfied.

I have lived here at Woodview Village for just over 2 1/2 years. My experience has been a good one. They are always coming in a timely manner if I need something. Sometimes the neighbors can be a little questionable but tolerable

I love living at Woodview village. I've been here almost a year now & I'm starting to make friends here. I just wish we could sit on the back porch & smoke instead of going out front off the property or at least have some place where people can sit & smoke out of the weather. Which would give people a chance at getting to know each other & maybe even become friends. I believe a friendly community is important. Even if people don't smoke.

I have been renting an apartment for seven years with Norris and Stevens. The manager at my apartments is very attentive with maintenance requests and helps keeps things running smoothly.

Been living here for 2 years now. Good apartment with understanding management. Bad area though with homeless frequently on the street and around the street, some come into the apartment complex going to friends houses which seems a bit sketchy and some look through the cigarette area, but less have in the last year for sure which is nice and good. Overall it is a good apartment to live in! I stay inside most the time and can’t complain too much.

Its been a nice decent place to live when I was struggling to find apartment to rent when I moved to Portland area. My neighbors are quiet and respectful and on-site management responds quickly to any issues that come up. My one complaint is that the new fridge they put in is very small!

A great place to rent an apartment. Very nice and cooperative staff and maintenance people work here. It's quiet at night and there's a noise ordinance in effect. A private security also patrols the complex. Assigned and covered (carport) parking.

I lived at saddle club and did enjoy my stay there but the management makes it hard to enjoy! Especially when you move out & they charge you a ton and never bill you! This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. It’s a known thing for you to move out & then have this lingering payment over your head you have no clue about until you’re denied at a new place!

I have been living here since July of 2025. It has been a pleasant experience. If I have a problem with something in my apartment the landlord makes sure it gets fixed quickly. The management employees at this complex are very friendly They always make time to talk. The news letter they put out every month is helpful in many ways. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to live this is it.

I enjoy this property - it’s quiet and the property manager is quick to respond and is attentive to needs. The rent is also affordable, which is my #1 priority! My unit specifically has had a number of maintenance needs in my 5 months here so far, but they have all been solved in a timely fashion. The complex is older so maintenance things are bound to pop up!

I would give 5 stars but my move in was stressful. Anyhow they have a new on site manager and she is lovely. The community is also great! The site is tucked away in trees so it feels cozy. I love Trillium squar and very happy we chose this complex to call home!

Kingspointe apartments are charming, has good neighbors, and perfect upon move-in.

I just signed the lease here for year 3 and have no major complaints. I live in the studio apartment building where there are only single people and it is very quiet (idk about the other buildings with families). The rent is (rent increases are) very reasonable comparatively and maintenance shows up relatively quickly after you put in a request. The office people are always very helpful and respond to emails swiftly. The thing I like best about my particular apartment is that it stays cool enough in the summer that I don't need an AC (I live on the first floor).

Management is great , rent WAS decent . The only issues I've had is the growing garbage prices for a shared dumpster that I only use once every few weeks and how if a payment bounces on the automatic payment system that you are no longer allowed to pay your rent online and instead have to pay it via money order. Stonebriar Apartments is a nice and quite place to live! Management was always quick to respond to any issues. Maintenance upkept the area and kept clean. Never had any major issues living here the past 4 years. Management was always professional and polite.

I enjoy how very quiet our complex is, and the location is great. Close to the freeway and the outlet mall. The apartment was much larger than I expected and in great condition with new carpets and fairly up to date appliances. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a place and rent is very affordable.

Grate place to live

I’ve lived here for close to a decade. All in all it’s a pretty wonderful place to live. Pretty good neighborhood, near a few schools, close to a shopping district. Sometimes management can be hard to get a hold of, but they’re busy and get back to you as soon as they can.

I've been a renter for 17 yrs now, and thus far this has been the best experience. Other tenants seem considerate and it's pretty quiet. No deck parties or loud kids running all over the place...how refreshing. The apartments are newer and well-kept inside, and quite well insulated too. The managers are the nicest ever and maintenance gets done promptly. 👍👍

Communication and professionalism here need serious improvement. Maintenance requests and payment issues often require going above the on-site manager to get resolved. Many residents, including myself, feel the manager should focus more on taking care of the apartments and supporting residents, but that isn’t happening right now.

Overall the apartment is well equipped with w/d, a nice big kitchen and a great location. The only downside is that if you have an apartment facing the street you can't really enjoy your patio/deck because the smokers congregate there. So smoke goes into your apartment.

The Villa Del Mar is managed by Norris & Stevens. It's a nice place, quiet and well kept up. There are pets, common areas where residents can gather and talk, and trees. Nice landscaping.

Ive really enjoyed the property management and this apt its quiet small clean and so wonderful. Our manager is quick to respond and very helpful. Parking is a huge issue other than that I love it for whst it is an apartment.

The cost and fees associated with the rental are much more reasonable than just about anywhere else and the people seem nice here. The view is incredible!

The only complaint I have are the lack of garbage cans. Having to walk all the way to the end of the complex can get very inconvenient. Especially when living on the 3rd floor, in the front, praying that my bags hold up. Quiet and drama free.

The management is great and super friendly. The view from the apartment is amazing. Everyday we look out the window we see wildlife like beavers,bald eagles, deer, river otters, ducks.

Apartment is okay, kitchen is small, not enough counter space, no garbage disposal, or dish washer. Being on the ground level is good stays cool during the day. View out back windows is not great. Price is high for the lack of amenities. But it's adequate.

This Colonial Park apartment is perfect. Just enough space, beautiful hardwood floors, lots of character and so close to Vancouver’s uptown village area. It’s a nice area - quiet in this neighborhood and the homes are mostly well kept up. The manager and maintenance have been responsive. There’s laundry and storage in the basement too.

I really enjoy living at McNary heights. Very peaceful, quiet apartment complex. Neighbors are friendly. Dog friendly. Amazing pool and beautiful landscaping. Don't plan on moving anytime soon

I've lived at Ellsworth square going on 4 years. Eric the manager is great and takes care of issues quickly not that there is a lot but when there is the maintenance takes care of issues quickly and efficiently 😃 The grounds are clean and pretty especially during spring time. It is a quiet environment. I would recommend Ellsworth square to anyone.

Willamette Terrace has improved a lot over the last year. The rent is affordable. The maintenance is on top of things. The management is friendly. And the owner is involved in what’s going on with the tenants. It’s a safe and good place to live if you don’t mind the noise from the train nearby.

Love living here and it feels like a little community

I loved living in that community, it is quiet, the area is very nice and the apartments are of good size and in good condition. They also have garages (for an extra fee) and a central garden that gives a lot of life to the complex. However nothing is perfect and there are also things that are not so good, such the parking spaces are very narrow and nobody cares about cleaning the hallways. So, in general it is a good place to live, I was very happy there the last few years.

Our experience at West Salem Eola has been pretty positive. Haven't had a bad experience with management at all, and they always seem to be ready to help any issues I have. For example, their treadmills were getting to pretty bad shape. I put in a report and we got two brand new treadmills in our gym. It was awesome! Very thankful to management and maintenance staff who got that done. Oh, we gotta give a shoutout to Sierra and Erin, we think they're awesome!

The management is nice. We have been at Eola Heights apartments since 3 years ago. We hope to continue to live there so long as they don't raise our rent so high we can't pay it.

I have been at Eola Heights Apartments since since November 30, 2015. Even though had some management changes everyone is very friendly and helpful whenever I need them. I like that the office is now open 7 days a week. When I need a repair they are very prompt and always let me know what they are doing and a time frame to be completed.

Quick replies to problems, equipment issues and repairs. Good at maintaining nice and clean environment for all. Safety measures are good. This will be my 5th year living here.

The new manager we have had for a week has not introduced herself and the one time I have gone to the office to help another resident she was not there. I want to let Norris and Stevens know that the Muhammads were the best managers I have had and want them back.

I have lived here for almost 5 years. It is starting to suck. The neighbors down stairs are inconsiderate with the laundry. When you go to do laundry they leave clothes sitting in washer all day. Also when they put in the double water heaters , upstairs apartments stopped getting hot water. We have enough for a 10 minute shower and hardly any to properly sanitize our dishes. For two years they have been saying my window in the second room needs to be replaced due to leaking and mold in side the walls. Never has gotten replace.

These people are awful. I lived at one property for over six years, and was initially told rent would increase by a maximum of $50 per year until it capped at a certain amount. Once I hit that cap, they stopped honoring it, and rent continued to climb. NS only cares about filling units, not about the quality of tenants or upkeep, so expect terrible neighbors. During my time there, we had constant break-ins in the garages, no cameras on-site, and homeless people sleeping in the bushes by my front door. Nice new place. Nice finishes inside. Kitchen is nice along with large bathrooms. Office people were so helpful and nice as well. Parking is too limited. Also having packages delivered here is confusing to a lot of delivery services and because the front doors lock packages get left outside a lot or in the wrong place. This is my husband and I's first apartment experience and it has been great! We have heard all kinds of horror stories of apartment living, but we haven't encountered anything nasty. Brooks Hallow is great to be. The complex is clean and well maintained. It is also a very quiet place. My only concern is the gate doesn't work all the time. The vendor really needs to do something to correct this. There should be away to allow it to work and not get "confused" Cars leave and go all the time so something needs to be done to override the shutting down of the system after you have from piggybacking on entering. The remodeling of the siding has gone well no interference on entering our unit during the time it was worked on.

I needed the garbage disposal replaced and it made my apartment smell very bad. I put in a maintenance request and it said Monday, but Matthew showed up same day and replaced the disposal in 15 minutes. He’s extremely polite and made this process very easy. Management is very unprofessional, unresponsive, calling for months never answers back or at all been physically to the office on various days and time frames never there my apartment is falling apart and neglect payments when trying to pay rent.

Staying here at the stone briar apartments was one of the greatest decisions I’ve made. It is actually my first apartment with my little family. This is a very good place to live. We have a creek that flows through half the complex. Also a news letter that tells you what's going on and reminders. I would highly recommend against living at any Norris and Steven's property. The constant managerial turnover led to pool facilities being shut down by the city during both years I lived in their property. Upon moving they opted to jerk me around on paying me my deposit for months. I was told they'd have the check for me at the front desk and took half a day off work to discover that was also a lie. Recently moved into theory 33 apartments in portland and had a few maintenance issues. Mathew the building tech has been responsive, professional and quickly repaired a few move in issues, I am very impressed. The management company seems to be going through turnover and very slow to respond on other issues not related to maintenance.

We have lived here at Copperfield for eight years and it is honestly a really nice place to live. Gas station is right across the street and we are in walking distance to stores. They have a bus stop for all our children's schools. The gym is nice and we can schedule for parties if needed in the community center. Maintenance is prompt as well. Ofc with anything there will be pros and cons, but overall I've really liked being here.

Copper field apartments has been the best living experience, not too much noise and not too quiet! We also have the best management, they always go above and beyond!

Copperfield Apts. in Salem, OR, is a great place to stay. The property manager and asst. mgr., Janet and Bella, respectively, are amazing. They are very responsive to any and all issues. Clean quiet safe

The landscaping and cleanliness are kept up nicely. The neighbors are very friendly and respect each other‘s privacy. Apartment issues are handled quickly by maintenance. The only negative I can think of is sometimes the traffic noise from interstate five.

Our maintenance guy Michael at the Woodside Apartments in Salem is incredibly efficient. Whenever there is something that needs to be attended to he is on top of it right away. He's actually gone above and beyond his job requirements here. On his off time he saw I was having an issue with my car and he stopped what he was doing to help me get it back up and running.

Property management company does not respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, allowed black mold to fester in my apartment while it took them three months to hire a contractor and remedy the issue, did not offer alternatives so my partner, dogs and I were forced to live in an apartment with black mold. Property management company also did not respond to maintenance for their AC units in the apartment during two weeks of a heatwave where I suffered from heat stroke because of their lacking service and action. Would not recommend renting from this company.

Management and maintenance staff are direct, responsive, and personable. The complex is well-kept and safe. Most of the other residents are neighborly and will chat on occasion. We strongly think that there are a few residents that feel they are entitled and above the lease agreement, and take advantage (even bully) the gentle staff. It's very nice here. The management is good. The only problem are the people upstairs who let their kids run around all night long and Kris seems unable to do anything about. We lived at one of Norris and Stevens properties for two years and living there, It was great however when we moved out, we were overcharged by over $500. Thankfully when I disputed that they removed a lot of the charges quickly and admitted that it was on them. I appreciate that. The main reason for this review is because the lady who returned my phone call, left a very sassy voicemail and that is not appropriate for a business. I just wanted to hear from a person over the phone that I would not be getting any late charges.

My vehicle got towed for being parked illegally according to the towing company. They said management called them. Very interesting they called towing company but they wouldn’t reply to my text messages and calls to the number posted. Location is good. Prices are a little high but better than most other places, at least when I moved in here in 2022. Property is kept up pretty good. Apartment was not super clean when I moved in and my windows all have at least some mold. Not very consistent on filling doggy bag stations for cleanup, often have to use mine if I’m not out. Maintenance can be a little slow in addressing any issues. I’ve had to call and request a few times. Once they do come they are super friendly and fix things pretty quickly. I really enjoy my space at Riverbend Apts. The layout is open with easy-to-clean hard floors and a carpeted bedroom. Good size bedroom with organizer closet, full size w/d, and a wonderful heating/cooling system. I love the large windows and large deck...my view is pretty too. Mgmt is very responsive and my maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. I enjoy the short walk to the convenience store and the bus stop also.

It seems like the outside of the complex gives off a great first impression, but once you're settled in, the noise from neighbors can really get to you. Management tries to be helpful, but they struggle with dealing with some residents who act like they're still in their terrible twos. So, don't expect too much help there. The only saving grace is the nice trails around the area where you can escape for some peace and quiet.

We have lived at Meyer Square for about 7 years now. We have a 2 bedroom. They are the cheapest apartments we could find for the amout of space you get. They are clean, no bugs, and fairly priced. Management is wonderful! The apartments are older. There are no bells & whistles ( gym, party room) but they are nice. We have no plans on moving.

I enjoy living here at Meyers Square Apartments. I have been here for 39 years. The apartments are spacious and in a good location to grocery stores and restaurants. The managers are nice and pleasant to work with.

I love living here. It’s quiet for the most part and no issues with neighbors. We are close to nature and close to major shopping. Only issue is parking spaces are tight if yo don’t drive a small car, but everything is good.

Been living at these apartments (Sundial, in Hermiston OR) for a couple years and it’s been pretty nice! Can’t hardly hear the neighbors and have plenty of space in the three bedroom unit.

Rates are among more reasonable for the area. Most people are very nice and easy to get along with. Enjoy living here.

These folks are only out for the money! Their facilities are run-down and very overpriced and have subpar appliances, flooring, window treatments, heating. No A/C. Slum lords.

Hello, I have been living in these apartments for about 6 months and so far I have no complaints and if were the case I know what the manager of the place would do the best to solve (it if it were) and its really worth highlighting this because Not all places are lucky enough to. having the type of person in charge of the place like our manager and that makes one have the peace of mind of being in a safe place for us and our families

Norris and Steven's is absolutely terrible. If you call them be ready to be extremely disrespected and even yelled at by employees. If we know they would be this bad I wouldn't have come here. Nothing ever gets fixed properly because they won't even approve the funding for the maintenance guy to do the job top notch. Power surges in the town houses also break your appliances atleast once a year. Rent goes up non-stop. Moldy floors they won't fix have ants living in them. Pretty much year round issues. This place is absolutely terrible.

I love the layout and small backyard. I received a new stove and fridge this year and the response time for a new appliances quickly.I am happy where I am at. I just hope the rent doesnt go any higher I and my son will be homeless The manager is great. Always pleasant and fun to talk to him. We may need a new roof this year! First of all management is horrible, my apartment is full of mold, all I'm told to do is clean it with bleach. Outlets are old anything I plug in falls out. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are falling apart. Under both sinks is all rotted. Light bulbs burn out faster then what I blink and rent is crazy expensive!!

I have wonderful managers on site. They are very understanding and caring and I have nothing bad to say about them. This is my first month here and unfortunately a situation occurred that was out of my control and they had my back this time and I appreciate them more than they know.

The rent is really high for the quality of these units, they've never opened the pool, they shut down the laundry on site, they take forever to get back to you, they are not at all helpful with repairs, or pest control, they will charge the previous tenant to clean the unit for new move in but they don't even clean the carpets, they do not enforce rules that don't directly have something to do with collecting their bills so good luck trying to live peacefully in your unit next to the disruptive neighbors & their kids that no one is watching.....

Victoria Place Apartments in Dallas, Oregon are the only apartments in town I was recommended to live in for safety and security by local law enforcement. The neighborhood feels safe and clean, although there is definitely a little bit of homeless activity around the dumpsters from time to time. Unhelpful/picky with requests for service. They Trap you into using Xfinity wifi and the connection is God awful. The parking lot is terrible and never enough room if you have more than 1 car. Very unnecessarily picky with how and how long you park your car. I'm also 90% sure they have bug problems to include insulation and outlet problems.

Horrible place to rent from. Awful with keeping the area around their apartment complexes clean. Worst of all the maitence people they hire are terrible, incompetent liars who don't do their jobs properly the first time, or don't show up at all. They don't call or give notice when they're going to show up or when they aren't. It took six months for multiple maitence people to fix our leaking toilet and we have SEVERAL other issues that still have not been fixed. On site manager was rude and snippy when confronted about maitence problem. Actual rating 0-5 stars.

Willamette Landing is a beautiful and well kept apartment complex. The management team expertly cares for both the property and the tenants. The view of the Willamette River from my living room window is priceless and I spend hours each day mesmerized by the flowing river and abundant wildlife. It is so peaceful and quiet here and I really have a sense of zen whenever I am home. I can't imagine renting an apartment anywhere else.

The workers are very helpful and nice. They are quick in responding to your need. Its amazing. The area is amazing clean and beautiful.

It surprises me that sometimes guests who visit me did not know that Willamette Landing is here. I was lucky to discover it when I first came to Salem 24 years ago. My building just changed property management Feb. 1. I posted a request for maintenance on the portal and in one day my issue was fixed. I was happy to see Matthew again. I have lived here for 10 years and have no intention of moving. The view of the river, the quiet of the evening, the sunsets keep me here. Manager Lisa Wickham is a friend more than a manager and Gary, our handyman does an amazing job of keeping every thing running. I also consider him a friend. And being able to have my dog makes this home.

This review is mainly for Matthew, our new maintenance man who took over once Norris & Stevens took over our apartment building. Maintenance was always a problem with our previous property management company, and was never attended to. But Matthew was very quick and prompt to fix our issues (some had been neglected for as long as a year) as soon as the switch occurred. He was very patient with waiting outside until my partner was done with his zoom meeting, to enter. Fixed everything right there and then. Glad he has taken over!

There is this tenant in a Dallas apt complex that has harassed other tenants and when I came to visit a friend harrased me. Many police reports has been made and police showing up there. Sadly to this day he still lives there and management still allows him to stay despite zero tolerance on the rental paperwork! There has been several tenants that moved away because of him.

as of now, norris and stevens is claiming we “broke our lease” and owe them a months rent and a lease break fee when we moved out on september 30th due to our lease ending in october. I don’t know what the plan there is but i can’t recommend enough finding a place to live this isn’t owned by these people.

A company that doesn’t care about residents. Hides clauses in handbooks that you won’t ever receive and are blindly lead to sign a lease that states you’ve received said handbook. False advertising in descriptions of apartments and their amenities. They are more than happy to piss you off.

Absolute horrible experience here, also they do not return peoples security deposits within 30 days, we have been waiting too long (Against the lease and law). They are your classic slimy landlords. They throw up properties incredibly cheaply and are deeply unorganized. Living at any of their properties will give you a headache!

Had the pleasure of renting from this management company for several years. Rented at the Crossings in Ridgefield. Fantastic manager, Heidi and the team that does maintenance is fantastic. They answer calls, return emails and care about their tenants. They only raised rents once in three years and this truly meant so much to me and my family. They could have easily jacked rent up and didn’t. Thank you!!!

This place gets ZERO stars!!! Absolutely the WORST management company EVER! Apparently it's ok for their on site managers to take their dog to poop on resident's door steps and leave it there! When calling the management company they are extremely rude and said they didn't want to deal with petty things like this and hung up. The managers never answer calls or address any maintenance issues.

They are a terrible management company - Pine Crest apartments hasn't had a property manager for 2-3 months, there are no routine maintenance checks at all. The building itself and the inside haven't been updated and the rent went up 100 bucks. Our temporary manager (Jenny or Jenna) is very rude and passive aggressive. I want to file a complaint and make sure things get done around here, they don't seem to care about the property. Residents here smoke cigarettes on their balcony, a designated dog area would be great with a camera to ensure residents are picking up their pets poop
