I wish I could give NEGATIVE STAR. As a homeowner with experience with multiple HOA management companies- Nova is by far the worst. 1. Hard to communicate with - through an AI agent that gives in accurate info and connects to an offshore office in Philippines 2. They don't get back to you on time. Comes back to point 1, they treat HOA business like a call center business 3. Communication over emails is "generic" and doesn't address issues - just noise 4. The HOA is not helpful when it comes to real problems that face the property owners. I recently moved and they were least helpful when it comes to onboarding....and I have no water services for 3 weeks now.....still no response from HOA.

We submitted an ARC for work on our backyard landscape. After some initial confusion I was able to submit the required materials and have received approval. Very quick and satisfactory

My HOA uses Nova. At worst, they close tickets without engaging. At best, they don't read tickets to understand them or answer all questions raised. Haven't had a good experience on any issues they're involved in. *EDIT after Nova's inaccurate response - Adding in a review I placed on the parent company, via their Washington address from 3 YEARS ago: Nova's system for filing violations against homeowners is being used to harass community members & they do not support home owners when they attempt to challenge them. I have had multiple false filings against us & they defer to the HOA register…

Worst property management company you can find. Finding opportunities for billing the property owner is their mission.

COURTNEY CALLED ME BACK, WAS VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH THE PORTAL. I APPRECIATED EVERYTHING SHE DID FOR ME.
