OMNI mgmt (Rachel, Dan, and the staff) have been solid since taking over mgmt of the rental property. Responsive and courteous. Work orders have been completed in a timely fashion with care. Def upgrade from previous prpty mgmt companies.

Unsatisfactory Experience with Omni Management Inc. My experience with Omni Management Inc. has been consistently disappointing. Despite repeated attempts to reach out through **email, phone calls**, the response from the management has been **non-existent**. The lack of communication has resulted in **neglected maintenance** for not only my property but also our neighboring properties, leading to a decline in their appearance and condition. You can't get better than this management team for your rentals.

Rented a townhome in Beaverton area through Rachael who is the fore front of Omni Management. We are so glad to say that entire lease term was such a pleasant experience. Every single maintenance request was answered, be rest assured when your request reaches Rachael it is bound to get resolved swiftly that includes getting locked out of place at 1 AM(Sigh… not our proudest moment). She takes her company and work quite seriously which is something so hard to come by these days. Rachel has actually been helpful through the moving out process but beware of Abigail and any communication you may need to have with her. Always “unavailable” anytime you call in or her assistant says she is as they’d rather not have any phone communication nor ever call back. Don’t ever think of asking her for help as well as she will tell you she has “absolutely nothing to do with it” like renters insurance still being charged to your account after moving out for a policy that was automatically setup by them as it is required to have said insurance. Omni Management has been nothing but respectful and responsive to any and all of are maintains requests, property inquiries and great communication. I appreciate all the of the staff members in the office who always greet me with a smile and a good conversation when I go in to pay my bills and appreciate the quality and quick service of this property management.

I absolutely love these guys! They have made living here a dream come true. They are exceptional with how on top of everything they are when it comes to communicating and getting back to us with any and every situation. It's comforting knowing that our relationship is built off of respect for one another.

I have been a tenant for one of their properties for a year now and have loved everything about this property management group. Fast response, friendly service, maintenance is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Love all of them!!
