You people sent me to Cedar Mill Appartments twice now. 1st time you didn't give me a code. The second time there is no key box. So there never Was a key box on Apt.44

Great place to live! No extra amenities that I never use. Great place if you want the basics and not have to pay for amenities you don’t use. It’s a quiet place and beautiful place. The management answers questions in a timely manner. I have no complaints!

Smooth move in Experience with The Meadows, managed By Onyx Management. Fair Rent price and landscaping is nice on the property. Would recommend living here.

If you want to rent a poorly maintained apartment with a moldy attic from a leaky roof, constant sounds of rodents moving in the walls(and sometimes getting into the unit), electrical outlets so worn they can't hold a plug, and constant rent raises onyx has you covered.

So far, everything has been lovely!

I have lived many years in the Salem Arts Building downtown Salem. Onyx sucks! Good luck getting in contact with the office. I am not sure how they are able to do any business because nobody picks-up the phone. it is a joke. We have also not had a working elevator for over 1.5 years and they keep pushing the completion date back! Do NOT rent at Salem Arts and do not lease from Onyx. What a joke.

My experience under Onxy Property Management I lived here for 3 years and 4 months. During the first 1.5 years under 4Elements, everything ran smoothly. But when Onxy took over, things went downhill: They rarely answered calls—voicemail was the only way to reach them. The AC broke every summer with slow repairs. Every summer the AC tech would have to come out to add Freon to the units on the roof. An absolute nightmare from day 1. All excited to move into my new place, sign all the papers, get the keys only to find out that the carpets had not been shampooed ( i know because the place smelled like a dead dog) and the place was absolutely filthy. Wjen i ask if the smell was gone the answer was " yep place looks great" So the next day after half my my stuff is moved in the carpet cleaners show up. Talk about inconvenient. We had a cockroach infestation at our apartment in West Linn. Onyx refused to take care of the problem. We begged over phone calls (which they never answered) and emails for them to take care of it. This went on for months. We had roaches in our food, bathroom, bedroom, laundry EVERYWHERE and all we got were rude emails for our trouble. They eventually called me "hostile" over email and refused to stay in contact about the issue. They never apologized or showed any remorse. The maintenance have come to "fix" various problems that have never been resolved including electrical issues. They refus…

The whole process from applying to securing to signing the lease and moving in were practically effortless thanks to the diligent and friendly staff.

Great company to work with in regards to moving in.. Maria specifically has been accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Only thing I have that won't make it a five star is the elevator that has been out for months leaving folks with disabilities straining themselves up and down the stairs of the building that they say will be done by the end of the year. This is something that should be done within a couple of weeks instead of months. Otherwise, like I said they are very pleasant to work with. Staff is great at returning calls in a timely manner, the apartment isn’t anything super fancy but the layout is beautiful and it’s in a very quiet spot. I would highly recommend living here. Quiet, affordable, and great staff to work with. One year update: It gets much much worse than I even expected. Phone calls go unanswered, any repair work orders are not really fixed. We loved living at stoddard drive. Josefina Gabin was wonderful to us. She was great at communicating. She was always available and helpful. Maintenence was always prompt with work orders too.

Under no circumstances should you rent from ONYX PDX. My husband and I have been tortured for months by our neighbor. Loud, constantly yelling and fighting, slamming his door and yelling in the halls at any hour of the night. The neighbor even pulled the building wide fire alarm and made everyone vacate the building at 3AM. And yet, Onyx does nothing. They don't care about maintaining quality properties, they are a money machine and they will ignore your issues every step of the way.

Very great experience! Maria was communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. All the information was up front and easy to understand. I love our new place, everything I wanted!

Move in was super easy. The place is clean and spacious. Parking availablity is good. Management was super helpful and accommodating when helping us address concerns before the move in. They have been easy to work with and down to earth which is a nice change from our previous renting experience. 10/10 would recommend based on our first couple weeks in the new place. No issues so far.

DEER PARK APARTMENTS- if you have children please for the love of anything you believe in, DO NOT LET THEM LIVE HERE! Constant alcoholism, drug use, domestic situations, hollering, homeless constantly on the property, homeless using the stairwell as a personal toilet going on. On their website “onyxreno” it says deer park is in a great neighborhood! So great that they had to rely on tenants to be their security, and keep the property “safe”? So I've lived in deer park apartments in sparks NV for over 3 yrs. Recently this new property management company took over. And now I'm being forced to leave my home. My rent is paid and on time every month. I'm quite, I stay to myself. I'm not happy with any part of being here. Office staff can't even read a basic lease, cause according to them..I didn't sign one back n august when I had to redo my lease. It says clearly from 10-1-23 to 9-31-24, rent shall be 1200.00 monthly! Then how come I'm being forced to pay 1320.00 a month! And new tenants r paying 995.00 a month for 1 bedroom...and I'm…

Communication throughout the leasing process was great!

The process of moving in was thorough and clear. Maria the leasing agent helped me out greatly. The place is quiet and very suitable which meets the accuracy of the description.

Just don't... you will regret. They will threat you of evicting you. Takes them forever to come and fix a broken faucet. This management is disgusting... their are rats running in the house.
