Kyle and Sherry are nice enough people but my experience with their property management leaves much to be desired. They were not timely on delivery of services and documents. The bids for needed work, price wise, seemed excessive. Had they admitted to their deficiencies I would have worked with them and still be with them

Pacific Dependable has managed a Proprety of mine for almost 12 months now and has been amazing. I previously used a competitor that nickle and dimed me on the front end of a tenant moving in as well as the back end. The fee structure is very straight forward and I haven’t experienced anything that made me raise an eyebrow like I experienced in the past. I highly recommend them!
