PNW Properties has a fantastic team. They are easy to work and responsive to our needs as tenants. They keep their properties, clean, maintained and safe for our employees.
We have been a tenet with Pacific NW Properties for a few years now and they have been wonderful to us and to work with. They are always on top of communication, very understanding of any issues that come up (trees falling, asphalt maintenance, landscaping, etc.), and are always very kind and considerate. I genuinely feel like they care about me as a tenet and would recommend anyone to use them. A great team and hope to stay with them as long as we can.
The team at PNWP is great! As a small woman-owned business my interactions with commercial real estate companies and agents has not always been positive, but that has not been the case with PNWP. I worked with Erin as a leasing agent and he was very timely, responsive, and always took the time to answer my questions and then some. Lindsey walked me through the insurance process and Nikki and Brendan have provided a warm welcome to me as a tenant. I am happy to be working with them and highly recommend their properties and team.
