Peace By Lease provided excellent, detail oriented, professional property management services. We were tenants of a property Cari and her team managed. She communicated well with us, and most importantly, was prompt in her replies to any inquiry or need we had. She was incredibly considerate of our time and space. We would definitely rent again any property she managed.

I moved into the apartments on SW. 19th Ave. about a month and a half ago. And from the day that I met Cari she has been rude unhelpful and seemed to be irritated by anything that I said just asking general questions. From the first day that I met her, she never mentioned anything about things not being allowed in the front of the apartments. Cari was the single worst landlord I’ve ever had. Rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful, and unkind, Carey consistently provided the worst service imaginable. Despite paying 2250 a month for rent, I had a hole in my ceiling leak rainwater for 6 months, I lost heat in winter on two separate occasions for 2 months, and 1 month respectively. When a shared outdoor space became moldy and dangerously slippery, Carey suggested I clean it myself. after sighting a lease and paying a deposit with pure property management for a different property who kept games and 2800 down out of my account, my hopes were gone on finding a place. I ended up displaced with 3 little ones and when I contacted cari with peace by lease , she moved swiftly as though it was her problem also. She got me approved and moved in basically 3 days. So glad I found a dedicated manager who actually cares and got things done right and with a swiftness! Cari is someone you can trust!!!
