I worked with Keya, who promised that the carpets would be cleaned and the walls painted before my move-in. I trusted her, but on the day I opened the door, nothing had been done, the carpet was filthy and the walls untouched. She simply lied, knowing I had no choice but to move in because I had already given up my previous home. This property management company cuts corners at every opportunity.
