As a property owner in the Pearl District, I have worked with Kevin for almost 8 years. He has found good tenants for me, does all the leasing & moving process with the tenant & works with me on any maintenance issues that come up during the leasing period. Kevin is professional, respectful & courteous. I recommend his services if you need a property manager.
I live in a large, rather beautiful condo in Northwest, and I contacted Kevin at Pearl properties to explore renting my unit. Set a date for him to come and look at my unit.Not only did he not show up, when I called and left a message asking about it, he didn’t even return my call. A few days later I reached him and told him that I was taken aback by his lack of response, especially given that I live in a building where he rents several units. His response was to tell me if I was going to spread bad words about him, so be it and he hung up. It was clearly not my intent, however I can clearly…
