A great company, I have used their help for a rental for years now!

I did call on March 3rd about the fence and hadn’t heard back from anyone until I called back the beginning of April and was told the ball was dropped but they would get right on it and they did. The gentleman was here from 9-9 and fixed the broken posts and it looks like he did a great job. Thank you!!!

Rough start getting set up but maintenence team and rest of communication has been great with property management. They have an app that makes things super easy. The resident benefits package is a total rip off and sad to see it's becoming a norm. Good overall though.

I write reviews for one of two reasons: the company was so amazing and everyone should know it or they’re so awful that no one should go through what we did. This review is for the latter. Please read. We rented a townhouse managed by Personal Property Management for 2.5 years. We were great tenants, never missed rent, kept the home in perfect condition, and barely had any maintenance requests. This company lacks any morals or ethics. They rented me an apartment that was littered with rats and did zero about it to get it resolved after months of complaints. They made me schedule the pest control company that also did zero to fix the situation. I have to find the point of entry myself for them to do anything about it. My couch now has holes and rat droppings all over it. Rats also ate food that was in my panty (with broken doors that they charged me for regardless of it being noted prior to move in). DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS. when I say RUN I mean RUN. Not only is Chloe extremely disrespectful, rude, and just genuinely should NOT be working in any position where she talks to people, but they will literally ignore every single maintenance request, any kind of privacy concerns (like having the owner of the actual property showing up in my backyard looking through my windows at any given time that he wants to) yeah you read that right. My experience has been what I would hope for so far with this lease. I say this because nothing so far has been bad, seems like as long as I do my part and take care of our home and pay my rent then I am treated with the ability to live here without issue. Simple.

Personal Property management is very responsive to requests for repairs. We had trouble with the AC unit when we moved in and recently had problems with the water softener. In both cases they arranged for someone to come out right away and the problems were fixed very timely by competent professionals. We are very happy with PPM and highly recommend them.

Our repairman was on time, nice and did a great job! We really appreciate the 5 star service! Thank you!

The issue was addressed and fixed. All Maintenance people who came were friendly.

We asked for locking mailboxes.Because people have been getting in our mailbox quite often and we got them thank you so much!

We just had to break our lease and move out of a property due to unsafe mold levels. An ERMI test put the type and level of mold detected in the "do not habitate until remediated." We got incredibly sick living there, my chronic illness got worse, my husband and mother now suffer health effects and my toddler as well. You can literally smell it walking in. It was previously managed by Zenith when we moved it, there was visible mold damage in the primary bathroom and a hole in the shower floor. Will never rent from anyone else

Very difficult to put in work orders! I just put in 2 work orders One for a neighbor with dementia no way she could do it!!! Her dining room fan and lights in the dining area have not been working for years. She has told them on inspection s but with no avail. I'll update when resolved. My faucet is sovery rotted out and sprung a leak in the side. I also had to sign a full year lease and they would not do month to month or 6 months lease as I WAS... TRYING TO BUY A HOUSE. I didn't want to break the lease but if I find a house.. no options!!

Very easy to put in repair orders. Very quick at getting someone in to get it taken care of. They have amazing communication not only with the tenant but with the contractor.

I’m currently residing in my second rental property with Property Management. Their attention to repairs, questions or concerns about their properties are handled quickly, professionally and with kindness!

So glad I’m not getting overcharged for a POS duplex. Horrible company, do not rent from them.

Run away fast from this rogue and abhorrent property management company. I rented from this immoral and repugnant company for 1 year. I'm leaving at the end of August 2024. Just a few things to note: 1. Most rude and unprofessional staff I've ever experienced. I don't even work in a customer-focused profession like this company does, and yet I'd be absolutely terminated if I treated my customers the same way PPM treats its customers. 2. Just had my first maintenance level inconvenience. They were able to service next day. The guy they sent out was awesome, very friendly, and very very fast. Top tier work, best move in service as well. Sarah in the office always spoke kindly to my wife and I and was very calm after I made a mistake causing her to redo the lease. 10/10 so far.

To the owners down to the this company there a bunch of thieves make you hear what you want but scam you the whole way they sugar coat the units charge you 10grand when you move how you gonna charge folks for carpet cleaning when there is no carpet in the home ? Aww can't use all electronics outlets due to causing a fire got nice cabinets but put in wrong so you can't use them the floor is not together right it moves and it sinks bubble in paint which in time will peal then when you ask ? They tell you the paint and flooring should last 10years lmfao what a joke do not rent from this company …

On our move in day, our gas range wasn't working. I spoke with the management company and they had a maintenance guy out there in less than an hour. He fixed the issue (bad GFCI outlet) in less than 30 minutes. 10/10

Nickel and dime you for everything don’t rent from them

The white plastic pipes to the heating and air conditioning unit and water heater for overflow, & the condensation line appears to be the source of the leaking and the men from your plumbing service took them apart and re-glued the connections. They were quick & efficient while locating and correcting the problem. Thank you very much.

It is 9am on a Saturday morning and some guy is walking on my roof spreading a powder chemical. No notice was given, again. My family is still sleeping. This is a common occurrence from this management group. They just do not care about the tenants at all. They let ppl come and go onto the property and our homes whenever they feel like it. While placing new siding on our buildings this summer we (the tenants) got nails in our tires, they tore apart flowers and garden beds, they broke our stuff and never replaced any of it, and they left there garbage laying around. Your maintenance man was wonderful, he was right on time and he took care of the problem(cabinet doors that had fallen off) very quickly. He even checked all the cabinet doors while he was there to make sure that they were secure. He was very professional and polite. I appreciate how quickly the problem was solved. Thank you

We had a fantastic experience with the hot water heater flush They were prompt, very friendly, and got through the inspection in an incredibly efficient manner.

Reading some of these reviews has been helpful, knowing it hasn't just been me. They never corrected the issues we had at move-in. One of the maintenance folks left behind a big "carpet needs replacing" sheet... it wasn't replaced. Glitter, glass, and metal/staples in the carpet from previous tenant. The number of times we've cut ourselves, and having to wear shoes even in the bedroom. Faulty switches, junk left behind. We love where we live, and appreciate Personal Property Management. They’re quick to fix any maintenance issues, and have solid communication.

PPM literally does nothing for it's tenants. We've requested service three times and have been told to do it ourselves and pay for it. Their "maintenance request" service is just for show. Be warned if you enter into an agreement with this company.

We all know that moving can be stressful and crazy at times, however, I want to personally thank Taylor and Sarah from Personal Property Management for being so helpful and thorough in showing me properties and helping me out with paperwork. Every question I had they had an answer and have been such a pleasure to work with. The whole Personal Property Management team is AMAZING! Absolutely the worst rental experience of my life. The house want ready for us when we moved in.. we let them know about batteries not being replaced in the automated door lock, the refrigerator filter was showing an error message, and the floors were disgusting. They had very poor instructions for our move in, very unpersonal.
