Pinehurst management needs to do a walk through over here at the Louisa flowers apartment complex. Nobody's emptying our Trash Chutes.

Giles and Debbie are the BEST managers we ever had! I've been here 8 years and we've had horrible managers!!! Of course there's the complainers like Pam, that want the good ones gone because tenants are happy comfortable. Pam a mean nasty person that should have been evicted long ago!

I had Pinehurst management for five years or more as I’m speaking right now my kitchen is being tore apart because of black mold the bad kind Pinehurst management knew about it and this is ridiculous. Also, I have bats in my attic which is a health risk and finders management knew about it so literally this place that I’m living living in is killing me Alpine hurst management can do is collect the money and not make any repairs the most shittiest company I’ve ever seen.

904 SE 3rd Street bend Oregon apartments can't have plants , our own place mat etc I'm a long term tenant rent is 1,300 a month unit 133 legs were amputated due to frost bite. ManGers need to get Stephanie our old manager back. She really cared about the tenants here I've been gang stalked as well as igarisn cameras in .y apart since we 2r can't get anyone to help

I can't get ahold of anyone and I need to pay my rent. The online portal hasnt been working. It says to contact someone but they aren't responding 🙄

They don't answer phone calls, their automated answering service is flawed & sends you in circles. Their apartment magagers seem to have their own schedule regardless of what the hrs the apts say. They close early with no notice or signage. Horrible customer service...

Negligent management, disgusting laundry facilities. Been here for 10 years and have seen at least 4 management companies come and go since the city of Portland bought it. They’ve all been awful. This is low income housing: poor People deserve to have clean laundry facilities.

There is no after our emergency support

I have lived at my property for 20 years. When Pinehurst took over, it was a breath of fresh air. The managers are wonderful, my maintenance needs are met. I don't understand some of these reviews. I have not once had a problem with management since they started managing. I will continue to live here and stay with Pinehurst Management. Thank you!!!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Do not rent here if your not ready for noise, drug use & loud noises. Walking the properties be ready for trash, hope you like marijuana smell cause you’ll be wafted away with it. If you wanna be mis managed, not given proper or adequate care please rent here .

I live in The Ridge apartments managed by Pinehurst. This place has turned into a ghetto. Current manager Jamie has no training and doesn't even have a basic knowledge of the rules and regulations of The Ridge. I'm in the process of filling a report with North Coast Housing. this place is not safe for anyone. A huge RAT on my deck is a deal breaker for me.

Horrific, devastatingly debilitating , dark, depressing, unbelievably depressing, & extremely negative environment, nothing positive, completely unprofessional, unreliable, undependable, from start to finish UNPROFESSIONAL, was a medium size one room studio for 7 years & they NEVER EVER CLEANED MY CARPETS. washed dishes in my bath tub for 8 months waiting for a sink and counter, would not turn up temp on dryers which in turn caused multiple instances of bed bugs Omg

Well you know when you're your security company sits outside in this car it should be inside signing people in he just lets people walk in and out I don't see the safety there

Do not move to this place they got surveillance everywhere in the smoke detectors in the light and everywhere and they let people come into your apartment when you're not there they give it tenants the keys to your apartments really bad area don't move over there I got proof I'm suing them they come in your apartment the maintenance man and the manager why you're not there whether you want them in or not

The building I live in at 2nd and Couch has doors that people can just rip open without a fob. It has been like this for months without replacing or repair so just anyone from the streets can come on in anytime they like. Neighbors sell drugs and squatters live in some apartments.
