PMI Bridgetown has been superior to every other property management company I used in the past! So far they have not made errors that other companies made and managing property is very hard. Crystal the main manager, is so wonderful to talk to and she knows from her many years of experience...the best ways to handle tenants and properties to make our investments work for us! I had a very good Interaction with Crystal at PMI Bridgetown. We were doing a background check for a potential tenant and Crystal was very considerate and supportive. She did not answer to all of our questions, because she knew the local laws and was very considerate about the privacy of the tenant and the landlord. I felt that Crystal is not only very professional in how she approached our queries but also empathetic towards us, because we are not a big corporation. If I were to secure Property Management support for my property, Crystal at PMI Bridgetown would be my first option.

It's been a joy to work with PMI Bridgetown team. They take great pride in making sure their tenants are taken care of. Mitch and the team have also been very responsive!

PMI Bridgetown has managed my rental for the past 3 and a half years. I have felt very fortunate to have them assisting me with this rental. They have managed it excellently, always communicating and responding to questions, and following through with repairs and other issues. Their experience and professionalism makes me confident about continuing to have them manage my property. PMI Bridgetown provides great services in terms of securing great tenants and ensuring their needs are met throughout out their tenancy. No complaints there. Their management of tenant issues was excellent. Theirs tax paperwork was straightforward, and I appreciated that when it came time to file taxes as a landlord. We moved in as residents in a "four bedroom" home located in Milwaukie Oregon in March of 2025. I quotation marked the four bedroom because the fourth bedroom was actually more closet sized. But we were priced at a little over 3k per month. In addition to this we paid a nearly 6k security deposit, and first and last months rent. In total to initially move in we paid 12k. I would say that being a reliable tenant doesn’t mean much with PMI, and if you’re an owner I would maybe consider reading this review as well. When my lease was coming to an end I noticed the exact same unit across the hall was for rent for 240 dollars less per month as it has been sitting vacant for a while, they had to lower the price to gain interest. When I received my lease renewal offer, I was supprised to see they wanted me to sign at the same rent as a year prior, which was 240 more than the vacant unit. I rented out a 1b/1b condo from PMI Pacific Northwest initially, but my lease was handed over to PMI Bridgetown soon. In my 2 years of tenancy with PMI Bridgetown, I had a great experience. Todd is a thorough professional and the communication from his team was always on time. Even HOA notices which the HOA didn't bother to provide to the residents were provided to me by PMI on time. I did have a frustrating experience with the HOA who towed my car from my own parking but at least PMI helped me communicate with the HOA and their own third party management services. Todd just took over the building i have been living in for 6 years now. Maintenance may have been and ongoing issue but the small family owned property management was definitely better. The new tenants are paying less in rent than myself and other units that have been here for years. He also decided to take the included utilities out of the lease so there are MORE bills on top of the rent Increase! The first in 6 years!!
