The only thing they do well is collect and distribute monthly rent on time. Would have never bothered with contracted requirement of in-home inspection of my single home property if I hadn’t followed up on it multiple times over several months. Maintained covid social distancing as excuse, and claimed they planned to do virtual tour, to which they still never followed through on scheduling. Ultimately informed I needed to access the property to identify any maintenance needed before they finally and coincidentally found time in their busy schedule to join for inspection because they didn’t wan…

Andrew and his team were handed a very challenging 30 unit complex that was poorly managed for almost 8 years. They were able to produce results and turn the place around! Through a combination of bringing in high quality vendors to turn units, policy changes and enforcement to improve safety, and leveraging existing assets, they were able to transform this property into a far more habitable place. They also updated both the work order system and provided an easy, simple portal for making rent payments. Thank you!!!

We had such a wonderful experience with Portland Homes & Commercial Properties! We lived with them for 5.5 years. We had quick responsiveness while tenants, stable rent, and a WONDERFUL move out experience. We needed flexibility due to a complex closing process with our new home & they were extremely understanding. We also found that they were very fair in our deposit refund. This company is a joke..... The rentals are dirty unsafe full of bugs....
