Five stars for Lori from Portland Metro property Management. Lori does it all, including thoroughly screening candidates, making sure the standards of the properties are maintained, sourcing the best vendors for repairs, and collecting all rents. They provide an easy to read profit and loss statement monthly. I would never be a landlord in Multnomah county without a property management company, and I'd never use anyone other than Lori from Portland Metro property Management.
