Hands-down, one of the best rental property managers I’ve ever had. They took the time that was necessary to get the right tenants in place and since then everything has been flawless. They have fixed things when necessary and found reasonably priced vendors to do so. Their recordkeeping is immaculate and they pay promptly and consistently each month. I’m a remote property owner and their team has made my experience as seamless as possible. Could not recommend their services more highly!

I really loved living here because of PRP! I was sad when I left Oregon, because PRP was such a great place to rent from. I truly mean that, no one is paying me to say this. In the last 17 years, I have stayed at many apartments with property management, and I feel that PRP are great folks to rent an apartment with. I had stayed in the Lombard apartments for 2 years with no issues. Any time I needed something fixed, maintenance was responsive and friendly. So disappointed and upset!! We got totally screwed by the owners of the house we stayed in. The house was filthy, and so many things wrong with the house! So what does this property manager do?? Charges us $545 after staying there for only 3 weeks. Plugged up shower drain, ants every where upstairs and downstairs ...the back door didn't lock. So basically as a tenant we had to pay for the house to be scrubbed down, including baseboards! We barely used the house. This should be illegal!

So happy to have worked with the staff at PRP! They helped us find the perfect apartment home! Everyone has been professional and kind and all work done on time! Thank all of y'all!

The mgmt and team at Portland Rental Properties are respectful and helpful. Their communication with tenants is great, timely and clear with followup if needed. With the occasional maintenance issues I’ve had, that require outside vendors, they have curated companies with great service also!

I meant to provide this review a while ago. I thought Reed and the PRP team were helpful, proactive, professional and efficient. They worked well with me to secure a rental to include my adult kids and pets working with the home owners. Also quickly facilitated any repairs utilizing both outsourcing or whether owner wanted to address. Move in and move out inspection were easy. Security deposit paid quickly. Portland Rental Properties recently took over management of my apartment complex, and so far I am very impressed. Since taking over they have been consistent in their communication and have been making improvements to our building. I had submitted a maintenance request to the previous management that was never addressed. I submitted the request with PRP on a Thursday and within less than an hour, I received an informative email that someone would be giving me a call to schedule an appointment to fix my sink.
