The property I live at has been such a blessing! The property manager is easy to work with, thorough, efficient, personable and professional. The entire property is well-maintained and is welcoming and clean. I have never had to wait for any maintenance requests to be completed and always feel like a priority. The process from applying to moving in and being a resident has been seamless and exceeding my expectations. My property manager, Stephanie, is knowledgeable, kind and goes above and beyond. I would give it a 0! Don't move here! They do nothing to fix anything but their income! 3 management teams later! Promises but no follow through. 2 years of no help! Just bullying if you stand up for yourself!

I've lived at Powell Gardens since 2020. The invisible property manager at the time was never available and never answered the phone. Since her departure maybe 3 years ago they've been creeping up. The current property manager and maintenance team are solid! Keep it up and you'll see ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ soon

They had a random division in bend oregon for a bit, they managed two properties on bends west side called river west and Aspen courts. Not only did the tenants they rent to cause a huge amount of problems but so did Princeton property management. They managed the property through the end of the pandemic and they did random inspections of multiple units each day including checking peoples fridge and cabinets resulting in wide spread contamination of multiple units. Horrible managers and that need training and lack customer service skills. My landlord refused to answer the phone or emails, my workorders never got done, and I moved out and am still dealing with these people because she has now charged me almost $3000 using a blank "Condition at move in" like I don't have an entire folder of pictures and a filled out condition at move in that was also emailed to her. I would suggest anybody to avoid Princeton property the company is greedy they overcharged when you move out, my final counting was $2600 at first for wearing tear and paint and blinds and carpet cleaning. Do not rent with Princeton Property Management. In the 6 months we have lived here, it has been a terrible experience. In general, the apartment was poorly turned when we moved in (several maitenance issues) and people are being allowed to park unsafely on the street (we were told that Princeton does not enforce parking, when asked). It is really hard for me to give them even 1 star. This is the worst management company we have ever come across in our lives. I will never ever in a million years suggest that someone works with this company. This company threatened to evict me if I didn’t pay a third party utility bill, that was their (Princeton) accounting error for like 74.00 dollars. I never was late on rent, and the utility bill was their accounting mess. Luckily I saved the letter, as this is totally illegal. I have the unfortunate experience of currently renting here since 03/23. Old windows with cracks around the frame and mold that has to be in the walls. 3 managers since I’ve lived here and none of them answer the phone ever and were/are hardly in the leasing office. Black Mold & Mites Lost Everything! These people are awful will be taking them to court they will not respond to my emails! Had to move due to Black Mold and Mold Mites! I’ve lived here for near 10 years, gone through several managers, been a good tenant, and now with new manager I’m being told that in order for maintenance to come and look at my “Toilet” because 95%of the time toilet plugs up and has been very difficult to unplug it! I the “Handle” of the one I’ve used for several years! I was told that I would be charged 100$ for someone to come and look at it. I would give a zero if I could. I lived at the Alexander row house for a little over 2 years and was by far the worst place I’ve ever rented. The Master bathroom tub had a leak and I notified them 6 months into my lease when I noticed something was off and they never fixed it the remaining 21 months. This company is the WORST!! Upon move out they charged me $400 to paint even though there was no damage or paint needed other than normal wear and tear. I don't have the money to lawyer up but would have if that was an option. Than I get a collections notification that I owe a collections company that same money for Princeton even though I had already paid them. I was able to contact the collection company and prove to them that Princeton had in fact already cashed my check and that I shouldn't be in collections on that account. This property management is so bad. They don’t return calls, they don’t deal with any maintenance issue’s even if they’re emergency issues. My toilet & ceiling were leaking for over a month & the finally fixed my toilet but my ceiling is still leaking and it probably almost 2months now. We just received notices on our door stating that they will no longer be managing our property. I just found it funny because they never managed anything here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Horrible management company, does not care for the safety of their tenants.
